We received 3 offers within 1 week of putting our property on the market and got our full asking price.
We used Laurence after some disappointing experiences with (inter)national agents. Laurence was the agent that we originally bought our house from 20 years ago. We remembered him very positively but had previously felt that it was safer to go with a national agent for renting the property out and for a previous, aborted attempt to sell.
We chose Laurence this time around in part due to our previous positive experience with him, partly because we thought he might be better connected to the local market, and partly because he offered better pricing advice than others. We are very happy with how the process went and thoroughly recommend Laurence Leigh to anyone looking to sell their property.

Laurence Leigh Residential Ltd is without a doubt one of the best Estate Agents I have worked with in St Johns Wood. Sam Robins, Lettings Manager, was very experienced and motivated. It has been the best expereince so far, and I'd definitely rank them as the best agent! They have a lovely team. We had a shockingly degrading experience dealing with Laurence Leigh Residential as landlord, not to any fault of the landlord.
So for any landlords wanting to rent out properties, if I were you, pick another agency that will treat your future tenants the way that agrees with you, dealt from Sam Robins.

Sam robins was not instructed on my property but took the initiative to contact me about his clients and acted swiftly, professional and quickly.
He was so exceptional in his delivery from start to finish and we agreed a deal in a matter of days.
In all my years of working in the industry the way Sam dealt with my property was the best service i have received from an agent and would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants to rent or sell there property.
