AVOID!!! Awful managment by Husana, left without a landlord for over a month. Wasn't able to store or cook food for a month, constant issues with tenancy and a year long headache. Silverfish, broken shower, broken doors, broken windows, broken heating, just to name a few things that were ignored by Husana and landlord. Never, ever going through Carter and Reeves again.... My experience so far with Carter & Reeves has been great. Specifically, this has been because of Hussaina. She has been a fantastic agent; she’s extremely helpful, always friendly, and is simply the person to go to when things need to get done. From the first day she has been really reliable and always happy to help. It is our first time renting a private flat, and she has made the process much easier with her constant support. Terrible experience I have made with this Carter & reeves. now I am in the process of dealing the deposit(DPS) because they put my deposit less in the DPS and I haven’t still got it back also they didn’t give me any answer too. So I’m just waiting for a few months... Guys, if you’re concerned to make a contract with this agency, never ever get it. you’ll be fully regrettable at the end. Also if you have any issues while you live there, you might not be able to get good service or repair from Carter & Reeves. I spent quite a lot of money cause they don’t really care. *does somebody know how to solve the deposit problem out? ????... Read more

Absolutely terrible - I can only imagine that the good reviews on here are fake. 2 of the estate agents (I think was one was called Zara) were lovely and very helpful/professional to be fair, but the head guy (forgotten his name) was ridiculously rude. Repeatedly told us "you're new to renting, you don't know how it works", "you're lucky I'm patient, no one else would put up with this" and "you're such rude girls" - we were 24 year old masters students at UCL/ one of us was working in The City, and we'd been renting in London for 5/6 years and never had a single problem with any landlords or estate agents asides from Carter Reeves. Truly incompetent... Read more

Absolutely awful experience with carter reeves. They were supposed to be managing a flat we rented and they did so appallingly. Terrible phone manner and multiple calls to the office for months never resolved issues we had (broken furniture, bills they were supposed to pay that were included in our rental contract that we ended up having to pay for)....
