By far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, honest and trustworthy. Joshua, Gavin and Tom were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed at every step along the way. We found my mother-in-law’s retirement flat through Rice and Roman and they did a great job of selling her old home. She is 85, widowed and had lived in her family home for 52 years. Rice & Roman have just dealt with the sale of my mother's flat and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Josh dealt with the sale and, as well as being very pleasant to deal with, was extremely proactive, keeping in touch with everybody involved from both sides - our own solicitor and property management company, as well as the purchasers, their agent and solicitors. It de-stressed the whole process for us as, if we needed an answer to anything, Josh could always get it for us and did all the chasing on our behalf.
