I have now rented and bought through Waterside Residential 4 times! I found this gem of an agency when I came back from Aus and didnt know the area at all. Paula and her team have incredible local knowledge, passion for the river and practical sound advice. I would highly recommend them, and wouldn't use anyone else!

What super professional staff, all estate agents should act and perform like these people.Kept totally up to date on everything, they liaised with Solicitors at both sides, kept everyone on target! Pricing spot on and after sales service exemplary!!

I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional estate agent who clearly has extensive experience and knowledge of riverside property. Paula Gregory-Dade went the extra mile to help us find our dream riverside home and managed to take the stress out of the situation. I would highly recommend WaterSide Residential, they are true specialists

We have bought two houses and sold one through Waterside Residential. Both Paula and Mary are very professional and personable. Buying and selling simultaneously can be quite stressful, however, Paula and Mary made the whole process as painless as possible, keeping us informed throughout both the sale and onward purchase. The agency went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. I would highly recommend.

There's bloody 2 job centres sat nav sent me taking my daughter at 4.30 dark to wrong one! Dropped her off with no mobile on her said I'd be outside no outside! It's hidden away holding her baby in dark and rain walked into it she was sent out as wrong one across town with no idea how to find it and no phone. Then couldn't even direct me there as had no bloody idea there self. Both close at 5 so now both closed dark no idea where my daughter is.? Carrying a baby.....my opinion don't ask single parents with babies who don't live in Woking to go to an appointment half hour before you close and not inform them There's 2 job centre's!! Mayhem...

They get the job done with minimum fuss. The alternate agents I interviewed all appeared to be trying too hard to impress me. Paula was genuinely confident and did not resort to BS when it came to the valuation.
