If you're planning to sell your house, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Graham Creese (a sales manager!!) was rude, unprofessional and at times even condescending. Originally he under-valued my house by £100,000!!! He admitted to his mistake but continued with his negative behaviour and negative comments. We complained to his office but nothing happened. He continued his horrible behaviour until the very last day when we withdrew the selling of our house from them.

Craig was really helpful in the sale of my mothers home. He went above and beyond in terms of keeping an eye on the place while it was empty, letting maintenance people in to service the boiler and saved me a whole load of time and travel. At all times he had our best interests at heart, helped to find plumbers, a solicitor and even a removals company. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Robertson Phillips and in particular, Craig to other people looking to sell or buy in the area.

The most unprofessional agency I have came across, after calling regarding a house, the woman told me she will call me first to view as I wanted to rent.. I have called them numerous times after however the woman would just say they didn't get the keys yet.. After a period of time she would just end my call or say she can not hear me properly which I don't belive and find it very rude . I would have preferred for her to tell me straight away it was lended to someone else. Will not contact them again

I had the worst experience with this agency, specially with the negotiator Harriet, which is not very communicative person, but in the job that she's having she has to communicate. I had to message her all the time. I made an offer to rent a property but I asked if it can be painted before i move in, i didn't ask for too much. She told me that the landlady cannot accept the offer just yet because she doesn't know how much does it cost for the house to be painted and that I need to wait until she gets quotes. I waited, but Harriet never messaged me again, so I had to message her for an update, then she replied that the property is not available anymore because the landlady wants to rent it to a family member of hers, all this after I sent them all my details and my family details.
Very unprofessional. I have wasted my time with them. Only 4 weeks left until I'll find a home for me and my family. I'll definitely go to other agencies and I'll always avoid Robertson Phillips and their unprofessional staff and landlords.

In total I had 10 viewings and 5 offers which meant having a choice of tenants which was great all dealt with by Harriet. Had a viewing arranged for Saturday 23rd January 2021 at a property In HA5 (St Thomas Court) at 3.30pm. At 3.30pm was told negotiator was going to be late 10-15 mins late.
At 3.55pm negotiator turned up - no apology for being late and saying "it happens" and "if you don't like it we can abort appointment."
I had travelled 30 minutes to get here and waited outside in the cold for 25 minutes.
Very poor and extremely unprofessional attitude of the negotiator.

one of the most inhumane real estate agents , they collected my family details including children and showed properties to us . The letting Agent - Harriet showed us 2 properties in Dover Park , Pinner and we are ready to take one of them immediate , went down to their pinner office with my children to sign the papers, but my children were excited in seeing the Christmas tree in the office and wanted to touch it which created a situation there . They gave me a paper form to complete to leave the place immediately and I asked him if there was E form but the representative - Danny responded that he doesn't have one , after that I emailed them back with a copy and put down the offer . They said the owner is abroad and they have to contact him about the offer ,gave it a day ringed them back again to check . Still got the same answer owner in abroad and they didn't have a contact number to reach and if i was willing to take some other properties then i should go ahead or I have to wait , next day emailed them again and they responded with a story that owner is talking to his wife about the property , they dodged the offer application for 3 days and finally came back saying its unavailable since the property cannot have 3 year old toddler and 14 months old infant .
I think they had discriminated us and finally after 3 to 4 days came back with a reason that landlord didn't accept the offer with some lame reason that children are not allowed which i was never told as a condition before .
I had also checked another apartment which was ready to occupy , which i had checked with letting Agent - Harriet , she first confirmed it was available and then suddenly changed the response that it is no longer available too .
Clear Discrimination of people by the Agents , there is no point in having a christmas tree as a showcase in office , its all about sharing with people and celebration and not with only certain color of people .

Decent property for Lettings, but the agency struggles with communication and time efficiency. We had to wait nearly a week for viewings, and were constantly reaching out to the realtor. In the end, the realtor chose not to respond to an offer on a property and we chose something else. Who you deal with likely makes all the difference.

Staff at the Hatch End branch were always helpful, efficient and knowledgeable about the local area. We dealt mainly with Craig but, if he was ever unavailable, Shirley and the office staff always stepped in and kept things moving along. In a slow market we obtained a decent sale price. There are two local agents in Hatch End - we have used both and would recommend either of them. You shouldn't be disappointed with Robertson Phillips.
