He was very responsive, timely and sensible in his communications. He also helped us to navigate getting in the right tenants. If only all agents had as much common sense and communication skills as Danny

We bought our bungalow with the help from Craig. He was very professional with his approach but welcoming. He was empathetic to our needs and circumstances and did his level best in helping us through the process. He kept in regular contact at all times and being very transparent at all stages. If you're planning to sell your house, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Graham Creese (a sales manager!!) was rude, unprofessional and at times even condescending. Originally he under-valued my house by £100,000!!! He admitted to his mistake but continued with his negative behaviour and negative comments. We complained to his office but nothing happened. He continued his horrible behaviour until the very last day when we withdrew the selling of our house from them.

Craig was really helpful in the sale of my mothers home. He went above and beyond in terms of keeping an eye on the place while it was empty, letting maintenance people in to service the boiler and saved me a whole load of time and travel. At all times he had our best interests at heart, helped to find plumbers, a solicitor and even a removals company. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Robertson Phillips and in particular, Craig to other people looking to sell or buy in the area.

We recently bought a house listed with Robertson Phillips. We dealt with so many agents in the Harrow and Pinner area but Craig & Shirley are by far the most professional, friendly, honest and definitely experts in their field. They held our hands during the entire time from viewing, offer, to completion and ensured that everything went smoothly, not just for their clients- the sellers- but for us as well as buyers.
I can say for sure we would not have completed the process without their determination and efficiency. They definitely went above and beyond and we were left seriously impressed.
