Absolutely thrilled with the amount my land sold at auction. As a tenant of theirs, I had good reason today to be grateful for Robinson and Hall's fast, professional response when support is needed.
Without warning the cottage heating system failed and, at about 1pm, with some anxiety, I called Natalie Scrafield to report it. I needn't have worried; she rapidly arranged for their specialist contractor, David Sadd, to call me; in little over an hour he had arrived; and by about 3 30pm a faulty component had been replaced and everything was working as usual.
In the current circumstances I think this was a quite remarkable achievement by everyone concerned, even exceeding Robinson and Hall's usual efficiency in 'normal' times. Well done all, and thank you very much.

Having listened to our initial plans he advised on alternative strategies which he then brought to a successful conclusion. Update = In November, I had an issue with the drains and reported it - Natalie Scrafield took it on and went out of her way to contact & then chase up the contractor. The contractor came the next day & sorted the problem straight away and also promised to check on the drains again before Christmas to make sure the problem did not recur. I made an enquiry about viewing a rental property & Georgie Fuller responded quickly & arranged the visit. She was there on time and very helpful, polite & professional during the viewing. I decided to take the property and she has continued to be helpful & guide me through the referencing process and give good advice & suggestions. We're renting a beautiful cottage from Hall & Robinson. It had under gone some quite extensive refurbishment before we moved in so there had been a few snagging problems which have all been resolved quickly and stress free despite lockdown! Special thanks to Sam Hall, she has facilitated the work superbly and on top of this managed to get us some help in to manage the 100’ garden that we love, but was keeping us way too busy (haha). I moved to Bedford in July 2020, rented house through Robinson and Hall. My contract was for one year, but I bought a house and left rented property in November (in 3 months time). I thought it could be difficult but Robinson and Hall (especially Georgina Fuller) made it quite easy for me.
I was mostly in contact with Georgina Fuller, she is absolutely lovely, kind, honest, hardworking and professional lady. She knows how to solve your problem, how to deal with a problem and how to make tenant happy.
I will highly recommend Robinson and Hall for all of you. This was my first good experience from state agent.

We have been renting with R&H for 12 months now and they have been really good at sorting out issues for us with our tiny cottage. Recently the pipe from the back of our boiler burst on a Friday early evening. They arranged for a plumber to come and sort it within 2 hours. So we went from flood and thinking we would be without water for a whole weekend (we have a baby) to sorted in hours! Thank you so so much again team.

After making an enquiry, Robinson & Hall cancelled my first arranged viewing of rental property and was told that it was because they had turned up with the wrong keys. They re-booked a viewing for 3 days later and I arrived in my lunch hour to find someone else was already viewing the property. When I got back to work and checked on Rightmove the property was already marked as 'Let agreed'. I had wasted my time and was very upset at the way I had been treated. I would never deal with these amateurs again, totally unprofessional.

After 7 years, I can still say they are THE BEST lettings agency I have ever come across. Kellie and her team offer exceptional customer service not just to us as landlords but to our tenants over the years.
They are always one step ahead of the game and ensure that everything runs like clockwork. Worst estate agent of the many agencies I have dealt with in the past 7years of moving yearly. Completely unhelpful and non-accommodating regardless of how difficult your situation is. Did not offer any help or any other resolution other than the only official way. Unbelievably useless. AVOID AT ALL COST.
