Firstly, she arranged for me to view a few houses all in the same day- she presented me with properties within my budget range, and properties which were ready to move in as well as those that would need some TLC, allowing me to come to a clear decision. Rosendale/Georgia were supportive throughout the buying process, keeping me informed with every step and notifying me when there might have been any issues. We decided to contact Rosedales who had previously sold our house in Gunthorpe around 5 years ago . We hadn’t realised that they would sell properties in PE2 and we wished we had used them in the first instance .The marketing from the previous agent was slap dash and rushed through . I was impressed from my first meeting with Emelia as she had thoroughly researched the market so we could be sure what price was achievable. After having a bad experience with another estate agent when we tried to sell our house (nearly 5 months, only 3 viewings and no communication), we were contacted by Rosedale for a no obligation chat to discuss our experience and to see if they could help.<br><br>Emelia and Justin came round and spent over an hour to talk about the property, the value and took such good photos compared to the other agency who took 3 hours!<br><br>It wasn't an easy sale, but we finally accepted an offer and completed last week! A house sale by an Executor poses particular challenges and Rosedale Properties did well to achieve a successful outcome.<br>The sales information about the property was excellent. The photographs presented the property at its best and the description matched what had been discussed. The printed material and online presentation resulted in many viewings and offers.<br>I was particularly impressed by the way I was kept informed of progress.<br>Unfortunately, the first offer accepted did not proceed to a sale and at this stage I should have liked to re- advertise the property.<br>The sale of the property was achieved by contacting previously interested buyers and proceeding with one of them. The Estate Agent worked very hard liaising between all parties involved to achieve completion of the sale.<br>Everyone at Rosedale's was friendly and helpful.<br>The fees were certainly fair in the current market.<br>I don't have any hesitation in recommending this Estate Agent.
