?????<br><br>I would just like to say a massive thank you to Rosedale Estate Agents in Bourne for everything they did to help us sell our house.<br><br>From start to finish, every member of the team was lovely, attentive, helpful and incredibly professional. We had our house on the market with a previous estate agent for six months without a single offer, and unfortunately had a number of time-wasters coming through the door who hadn’t even put their own properties on the market.<br><br>Changing to Rosedale was a breath of fresh air. We were only on the market with them for one month before receiving a full asking-price offer, which resulted in the successful sale of our house.<br><br>Their marketing is absolutely superb. The photographs they take are fantastic, and the videos, walkthroughs and social media coverage they provide really make your property stand out. You can genuinely see the effort they put into selling your home.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team, and they were always there to help and keep us informed. They fully deserve every penny of their commission for the service they provide.<br><br>I would 100% recommend Rosedale Estate Agents in Bourne. From walking in the door we were greeted with big smiles & a friendly hello!<br>We were in Market Deeping looking at properties in the area, we saw one we liked & a viewing was made for us later that day. We offered on it the next morning, the service we received from Sharon & the team was absolutely excellent!<br>We were from out of county but there was no problem Sharon kept us updated on a regular basis & always handled our queries & numerous phone calls promptly & with great humour!<br>We would highly recommend Sharon & the team at Rosedale!
