Although the properties initially listed with Rosedale didn’t quite meet our requirements, the team never stopped trying to help us find the right one. Every member of staff in the office was kind, polite, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. In the end we found a property through another estate agent, but we would definitely recommend Rosedale to friends and family without hesitation. Their professionalism and persistence stood out throughout our entire search.

The whole team at Peterborough Rosedale were amazing, from the start of selling my property. Emelia with the valuation, Helen and Aiden for always keeping me updated and being on the end of the phone if ever i needed to speak with them about anything. A very friendly and helpful team. I would like to share the positive experience that I’ve had selling my house through Rosedale in Market Deeping.
From our first introduction, I knew that they were the people that I trusted to help me through , what can often be an extremely stressful process.
Their marketing stood out from all the others , including posting on social media and drone footage.
They sold my home within two weeks.
When the inevitable issues cropped up , they worked extremely hard on my behalf to resolve them.
They have a real ‘human touch’ and I felt so supported and informed throughout.
I would like to mention Sharon in particular. It felt like she was a friend, helping me through . She kept in contact, all hours , to make sure I knew what was happening and ensuring that everything progressed as smoothly as possible. She’s a real star ?
So, if you are thinking of selling your home - honestly , Rosedale are an incredible asset for Market Deeping and I’m sat here , in my new home, feeling extremely grateful that I chose them . I can’t recommend them highly enough .
