company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behavior and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.... Read more

I was living in Abbotsford court park royal NW10 7fz do not rent this flat the landlords are constantly visiting the flat they practically live there and the underfloor heating bill that has to be paid separately of up to £450 every few months that needs to be paid on top of all the other bills. Absolutely terrible. Not helpful. So pushy and just want you to sign the contract. Just want your money. I told them the bad conditions in the room before I actually live there (i.e bed bugs) and they just blame me for the issue when I'm the victim!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this agency. The only think that they care is to take some money. I have contacted them many times about the awful conditions in the house where I live, without result. They just say that they can't do anything and pass the ball to the landlord who doesn't do anything neither. On the top of everything I'm obligated by the contract to stay at that place for 6 months.
