I have used Sally Hatcher Estates for rentiung a property for many years and always had excellent service. We recently sold a property through them too and Ben was extremely good... attentive, practical and very knowledgable. A great company, would definitely recommend.

Sally and her team manage around 5 properties and have just sold one for us. It's always a pleasure working with them. They are so friendly and give you some great advice. We would never look anywhere else! Sorry Sally, you are stuck with us!

He handled the sale with efficiency and was prompt with all feedback. He negotiated the sale with a positive calm manner and I was very pleased by the outcome.

Stayed in one of the student properties, with four friends from university, over a period of two years. As estate agencies go, Sally Hatcher is one of the better ones. For a student property the house was nice, and if any issues at the house occurred, most were dealt with promptly. The staff at Sally Hatcher are friendly and patient, particularly Dean, who was always courteous and polite. Would recommend to other students.

For all landlords in Canterbury area wishing to find a professional and caring estate agent, look no further than Sally Hatcher Estates.
For a number of years I have rented out property in the Canterbury area using High Street Letting Agents. However, I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I have been with Sally Hatcher. They are a hands on organisation where nothing is too much trouble, making the job of being a landlord stress free. They work together as a close team and everything is done in an expedient manner at a high professional level.

Sally’s team was very cooperative, responsive and supportive. They were able to clearly understand my need and provided me with good options. Once finalised they were able to progress pretty quickly to finalise the tenancy. They had not cut any corners and have been very nimble and professional.

Avoid avoid avoid! Unless you want this estate agent to treat your personal issues as office gossip and send them amongst themselves but accidentally send them to you then I suggest you use a more professional estate agent!
Sally Hatcher is a rude, and careless person that will say all the right things but actually shouldn’t make it past first stages interviews of packing shelves

Ben Johnson is one of the three top estate agents I met in our 20+ different estate agents we had dealings with, the last few months we have been looking intensively for a property to buy. Professional and honest! He will still go out of his way to meet the needs of a potential client and comes across as a truly caring negotiator for the needs of both parties. Pleasure to meet him!

We have to say how impressed we were with the service that Ben Johnson provided when supporting us to sell our property. His focus was on selling our house rather than on selling us a house. He was persistent but never pushy. His manner was infectious and he was able to sell our property, which was not easy to sell- we had been trying to sell for nearly two years-in a short space of time and for the asking price. Throughout the process, Ben explained the stages and prepared us for the next step. If you need someone who is passionate about helping people move on, then I can’t recommend Ben and Sally Hatcher enough.
My daughter has also used Sally Hatcher to rent a property whilst at University. Communication was excellent and she felt supported during her two-year tenancy. Issues were dealt with promptly and we felt we could trust her. A very positive rental experience.
