We’ve had an excellent experience with Sandersons. Julie Smith has been our contact and she has been very helpful all way around. From the viewing to helping us filling in the forms to get our tenancy agreement, and any questions we have via emails. She took her time to give us a second viewing to show the property to our family before we could have the keys. It was a nice experience all around compared to other agencies we had to deal with in the past !

Wow…. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I have been fortunate enough to experience both sides of Sandersons, both as a buyer and also a seller.
My last experience, dealing with Emily has been faultless. The effort, flexibility, willingness to help, advice and going that little bit further has been faultless and refreshing… An Estate agent that does what they say, and ensures of complete customer satisfaction, there perhaps could be lessons learned from other companies, both from Emily and Sandersons. Photos, speed of action also follow ups were also fantastic.
I can only say Thank-you to all the Team and recommend Emily and Sandersons to anyone.

who has looked after the letting management on my be half for 2 properties in Maidstone
Behind this there is a letting team who does fantastic hard work and I am very pleased for their service

1 Known Julie for aprox 14 years checks the tenants viewings etc and goes a mile and is very efficient
2 Steph Very good all rounder with correspondance once I email concider the job is done Iam pleased
3 Nancy is an expert in the legal matters and overall and has an eagel eyed who will not miss the target

Very disappointed in the service and care received from Sanderson. They quickly found the first tenant and placed them in my property. Tenant didn't pay rent and i had to make all the effort to evict them. The communication from Sandersons is poor and i would not use them again.

From start to finish what a great experience with Sanderson even took ages for the sale to happen but they did everything.
We have had the lovely Lisa to show the flat and we loved it straight away then Roger helped us to get the deal done ????????
Huge thanks to Linda and Charlotte to making it happen, as we had some complications during our buying journey, but they have supported us all the way through ????

By far the best estate events to deal with. Julie has been amazing, she was very welcoming with us and the children on our viewing answered any questions we had.
