Worst possible Agent. my appointment was canceled seven times in the last three months. The appointment that was scheduled for today was canceled late yesterday afternoon and it was announced that the apartment had been rented out. One of their words should not be believed, they were deleted twice in three months. there were two occasions when I was already on the highway to see the apartment and then they canceled the appointment. Don't make plans with him, very bad very bad office

Wow…. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I have been fortunate enough to experience both sides of Sandersons, both as a buyer and also a seller.
My last experience, dealing with Emily has been faultless. The effort, flexibility, willingness to help, advice and going that little bit further has been faultless and refreshing… An Estate agent that does what they say, and ensures of complete customer satisfaction, there perhaps could be lessons learned from other companies, both from Emily and Sandersons. Photos, speed of action also follow ups were also fantastic.

We are about to leave a property managed by Sandersons that we have rented for the last 6.5 years, so I wanted to take the opportunity to say what excellent service we, as tenants, have received from them. So often, letting agents seem mainly to have the landlord's interests at heart, but with Sandersons we have always felt that they have been equally concerned that our experience should be as good as possible - whether maintenance or periodic inspections or anything else. And this has never been more true than now, where Harry Brewer has been our point of contact. Harry has seemed to go out of his way to make sure that the conclusion of the tenancy has been handled with care, sensitivity and consideration. In this way, he has helped make sure that we have had a fitting end to a very happy time. Sales side very good. Once passed over to the Progression Team it all ends rather messy I am afraid.
Had a cash buyer who had been checked to be so. Turned out they wasn't. Waited far too long for information, feedback, phone calls. I did ask for the property to be re-marketed when I smelt a fish a month ago but nobody helped me out. For £5000 I would drive from Southampton to Glasgow in a day and sleep in my car if I had to. Sadly, Sandersons Progression Team do not have the same work ethic. Get rid of everyone in the renamed Regression Team, there is NO point in having them. As much use as a Chocolate Fireman.
Edit after response 18.58 - My initials are SB. It should not be too hard work out as you don't have that many to sell. Speak to Linda Stevens, Charlotte Dury.
Edit 17.54 - Thank you for your reply but I did not send direct as you'd cover it up. In the original memorandum of sale from Sandersons 28/10/22 it does say Is this a cash sale? - Answer Yes. Travel of 80 mile round trip for a £5000 deal is nothing. Undue pressure, 4 months for a cash sale? Being asked personally if a red biro line that represents a pipe on a plan from 1967 when I was born in 1969 may or may not clip a tiny corner of my house is ridiculous. How would I know? Being asked about what the next door neighbours do in their garden? Nothing to do with a sale, nor is being asked for a electrical cert or gas cert.

I am highly disappointed in this company. They are quick to collect deposit to secure rent. However, when it comes to them refunding you back your money, it all turns to stories and lies. One staff will be telling you one thing, the other staff will be saying something different. Highly unprofessional and bad practices.

We can't thank you Lisa and Roger enough for what they did and the service we received.
Selling a property can be a very stressful process but this wasn't the case for us due to the hard work, diligence, patience, kindness and professionalism of both Lisa, Roger and the team.
The communication was excellent and they kept us informed on all steps and throughout the process. The team made sure we were aware of what was happening, how long it was estimated to take and managed out expectations from the start. This meant we were reassured on what was happening and kept up to date regularly so there was no chasing up or asking what was happening after viewings had taken place and we knew who was coming into our house and when.
Roger and Lisa were always communicating with us , did all the viewings and gave us feedback in realtime. We found this level of service was priceless when considering all the uncertainty that goes with the buying and selling process.
Its also worth mentioned the quality of the photos, I was shocked at the equipment used and how advanced and professional it was. The photographers did a great job presenting my house, when I saw the photos I almost didn't want to sell, I liked it so much.
I can't rate the service highly enough and the best part is they sold the house so quickly and negotiated a fantastic price for us.
We will alway be grateful to Roger and Lisa not only for the professional service but for never making us feel like a nuisance. We never felt like just another case but, instead they made us feel like our new home mattered to them.
Its this level of professionalism combined with a personal touch that sets them apart from other firms.

I would recommend Sandersons.
The pictures were superb.
However, I had to show half of the potential buyers round as Sandersons were unavailable. The offer we received was from one that I showed around.
I also showed them round on the second visit.
To be fair I was asked if I could do it but disappointed that I was asked.
On the upside I was able to answer any questions the viewers had at the time they were being thought of.
Maybe Sandersons should consider offering a package that is cheaper where home owners show folk round the property then everyone knows where they stand.

Was going to be moving into a property that was advertised by Sandersons. After incorrect reference checks were carried out by a third party, they have kept the holding fee stating we gave incorrect information. Considering my partner is self employed and they asked for 3 months bank accounts (a minimum of 2 years should be looked into!) we have since gone through another reference check for another similar rented property, giving exactly the same information, and we passed! They are refusing to personally see the error of the reference checks, and I am now contacting the company that did the reference checks to see the error which will then prompt this estate agent to give me back my saving I scrapped together, because of their mistakes and NOT incorrect information we provided!

The lady I spoke to was very negative, unpleasant to talk to and her manner was unprofessional. Even though I liked the property, this has put me off any potential viewing. We were buying a house through Sandersons, and i've never really understood what the need for an estate agent was now that there are websites that show you what you need instantly, until I worked with Sandersons. Their development team were constantly on the cases seeing where the chain was, coordinating the communication and ensuring everyone knew what was going on. We had the pleasure of working with a number of them, but Karen was our main point of contact and she was friendly and helpful, and i do believed helped us to complete the chain with a difficult seller at the top of the chain. The team are a real asset to Sandersons and are to me the main selling point of Sandersons. Excellent after sales service and was a pleasure to go through such a stressful time with them being there to assist and help push it through

My house was originally up for sale with Wards who made a complete shamble and so many wasted viewings on going for eight weeks! My contract finished and I went with Sandersons. My house was sold on the first day of viewings supported by Lisa who gave great advice and reassured the process.
Once under offer I was kept fully updated by the amazing Kerry who really couldn't have done any more for us. There was an issue further down the chain and Kerry really pulled out the stops to push the sale to completion. Despite her being under huge pressure nearing the stamp duty window by many other chains she took on the challenge, updated me daily and kept me positive by spending that little more time to make light of a bad situation with a few laughs. During the sale Kerry took a weeks leave, but still kept in touch regarding progress which let's be honest is dedication. Cherie was also a complete pleasure. Overall the team were a dream and I cant recommend enough.

After having 6 different agents value our property I selected Sandersons. This is because it was very clear to me after seeing the other properties that they had marketed at the time and the photos and videos stood out and to me this is a key aspect of generating interest. Also their proposed marketing strategy made the most sense to me. I wasn't dissappointed when the photographer really took his time to get amazing shots. We purchased a property through Sandersons. I have never really rated estate agents, as they often are not much use in my experience. However for this purchase they really did come into their own and I genuinely believe the purchase would have fallen through without them. Charlotte (sales progressor) worked tirelessly throughout owing to my incompetent solicitor. Despite not technically being her client as she acts on behalf of the seller, I felt like I was paying for her service. She was professional throughout, keeping me informed at all stages and working late into the afternoon on the day of completion to ensure we were not left out in the cold (literally) for too long. They even met us at the property with a card and bottle of Prosecco, a lovely touch and so unexpected. The service we received has completely changed my previous negative views of estate agents...never judge a book by its cover as they say.

DO NOT let with this agency. They are absolutely useless. We lived in a property under their agency for a year, we reported many problems on “fix flow” however not ONCE did any of these get resolved. We had to live without kitchen cupboards, kitchen draws, no bannisters on any of the floors, the boiler was very touch and go, we had to reset it ourselves every single morning so that we could actually have a shower. The only problem that got ‘fixed’ was the leaky shower which within 4 weeks started leaking again ???? it did not get fixed a 2nd time. We wasted a lot of time reporting problems that just never even got considered being fixed. And now they’re charging us £400, yes £400 to clean the house. They will take every penny from your deposit and act like it’s your fault.

My wife and I were inbetween moving back too the UK from Moscow during the covid pandemic and trying too move back to the UK to rent a property with our Cat Shadow Cat that would be close too where my wifes new job was starting. We were really worried because most estate agents chose to ignore us because of our Cat but Houston at Sandersons quickly got back too us with an amazing property that was perfect for our Cat and in not only the right and beautiful location but suited us all down too the ground. Even the rental price for what the property is, in its location is fantastic value for money.
We signed all the paperwork over the internet from Moscow and Haley and Houston worked with our amazing landlady Sophie too ensure we were able too move in when we were able too get an emergency flight back.
The team at Sandersons did their very best to ensure our stress of moving back from Moscow into our new home was stress free and had absolutely no complications. We would have been homeless if it had not been for them so we cannot thank them enough for making our move back to UK happen.
Everything was perfect on our arrival and we love living here. Sandersons are without a doubt the best estate agents we have ever used to find a property.

From the time we booked a viewing, they were professional, helpful and actually had answers to some of the questions we had about the property, especially simple stuff like the council tax band, (every other estate agent we'd previously used did not know this and had to call us back a few days later with answers to basic questions). Sandersons were helpful with recommending independent advisors and solicitors, which allowed us to smoothly purchase the property, ask questions and get answers. Sadly, my tenancy came to an end in a house I spent so much time at.
Sandersons during my tenancy were excellent and the inspections carried out 6monthly were both peace of mind for myself as a tenant and of course the landlord.
Since the news my tenancy was ending, Julie and Caroline worked above and beyond to help me find another suitable home to let and I'm happy to say I am still a happy tenant and cannot fault Sandersons, the team in Maidstone have been really responsive and understanding and extremely patient with me while working through the chaos of moving and finalising things especially Jemma.
