I would thoroughly recommend Sandersons from the initial valuation with Antony to the brilliant marketing photos/ videos to viewings they have been very professional and attentive. Always keeping us updated and informed. Sandersons have made the whole process easy with friendly service and great feed back.

Just to flag up the outstanding service and advice recently provided by Donna Millen!
Given that I work for a property developer and large residential landlord, to say that I have a somewhat jaundiced view of estate/letting agents would be an understatement, but apart from always having been very happy with the way that Sanderson’s have handled our solitary Kent letting. I have to say that Donna really went over and above when dealing with our queries regarding the provision of an extension to an existing tenant and the general impact of the new Renters’Rights Act. Clear, direct and concise, just an outstanding job: well done!

As a multi-property owner in Canterbury I have been using Sandersons services since 2020.
The sales pitch team is good (Robin, Antonia) and feels premium, but from then on everything falls apart.
The attitude after they get you with a service has been slowly shifting to a "ok now we got you in, the rest, is simply not our business".
This leaves frustration on a customer side, not being heard and a sense of mistrust, on top of never managing to deal with the same person consistently.
Also, not aknowledging clients at the door and just judging from their appearance (young or inexperienced) has been another improper business method I've experienced by new members of staff, over the years.
Both in property sales and renting out, this is a bad approach to business.
In 2020 I felt recommending you was a good option, now not anymore.
If you need an estate agent in Canterbury, please look elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Anthony Ludkins at Sandersons. He was so accommodating and kept going that extra mile for us beyond he’s job discription which I rarely find. In all one of the best estate agents I’ve met so far. Lee up the good work Anthony. ??????

Excellent service. We sold our house with Sandersons. We were particularly impressed with their efficient communication and every query we had was answered promptly. We found the whole team to be very friendly and professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
