We booked a hotel ,told staff requirements,informed them of houses we wanted to view ...nothing...As a result,I cancelled hotel and would use Matt at Graham John in the future,not Sanderson's..justvnot professional.

I cannot speak highly enough of Donna, Head of Property Management. She is absolutely fantastic at her job, extremely professional, knowledgeable and always willing to go that extra mile to help.<br><br>Donna is not only brilliant at what she does, but she is also such a lovely, friendly and approachable person. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and she always deals with everything efficiently, with a positive attitude and a smile.<br><br>It's a real pleasure dealing with someone who genuinely cares about her work and the people she deals with. Donna is a real credit to the company, and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Our house is currently on the market with Sandersons (Canterbury) who have generated a lot of interest with many viewing taking place. Unfortunately we had a buyer pull out at the last minute and Sandersons were proactive in suggesting a couple of tweaks that pulled in a new set of viewings. Their level of communication so far has been really good and they have listened to our suggestion of giving viewers a little more time whilst at the property. Louise has been our main source of contact who we have found to be professional and personable in her approach. Your efforts are much appreciated.

Absolute disaster this agency is. Very sneaky will try all the tricks they know to get money out of you. I had the worst experience dealing with Chris. My genuine advice is stay away as far as you can!

After being let down on another viewing with a different company, Vicky Pluta immediately offered a viewing for the same evening on a different property and was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

Excellent service. We sold our house with Sandersons. We were particularly impressed with their efficient communication and every query we had was answered promptly. We found the whole team to be very friendly and professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
