I was in a panic because the original house we intended to buy was covered in mold and the owner was belligerent on price. On an airplane, coming back to the UK, I called Lauren in a panic. She didn’t just listen, she completely synthesized my situation. Two hours post landing, I was standing, with her, in front of the house I would be renting (aka - test driving) for 2 years with option to buy. (Which we plan to!).
