Stressful. Over optimistic re likely offers , poor advocate for us, appeared to be on buyers camp. Had to set deadlines in the end for the buyer and the agent . we pulled out when they failed to meet agreed deadline the third time after a reduced sale price was agreed. Our solicitor was mightily unimpressed. Then miraculously all went through swiftly after we pulled out.

Highly recommended. I have just re-let my property via the Chiswick office, at above the guide price, and was grateful to Helen, the acting lettings boss, for her proactive oversight and mature wise counsel, and also to negotiator Harold for finding me new tenants in rapid time when an arranged tenancy fell apart (not the fault of Savills). Overall, a small, strong and highly motivated team and I always find the back office/finance functions pretty good too (which is not my experience with all agents!).

Chiswick is a highly desirable, competitive location and the Savills team have considerable market experience in W4 and the surrounding areas. They have strong insight into the various ward price ranges, property types and lifestyle considerations for both buyers and sellers. We have just completed a property purchase with Savills and are using them for our own property sale which is currently under offer.
In summary - 1) fantastic communicators, 2) their marketing material and photography is great, 3) they keep steady momentum from both the buyer and seller's perspectives during the sale process, 4) they get the price point right and lastly - in our case 5) they timed the marketing launch of our sale perfectly to maximise footfall which created a buzz.

They had a large database of potential purchasers which meant we achieved an asking price offer within 24 hours of launching our property and ended up going to sealed bids, despite a very difficult market for property at the moment. They remained very proactive throughout the sales process and kept us informed at all stages. They liaised with the other agents in the chain and ensured that our sale went through smoothly. I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Savills through our contact person Harold. The lack of effective communication, repeated requests for information, and false promises regarding the rental contract have left us frustrated and dissatisfied.
Throughout the entire process, the communication from Savills was appalling. We had to provide the same information repeatedly and undergo multiple similar checks. At one point they lost the recommendations made by our references. This lack of organisation and attention to detail was highly frustrating and time-consuming.
Furthermore, the most concerning aspect was the complete lack of transparency and honesty regarding the rental contract. We were assured that a draft version would be sent to us for review and signing, but this promise was never fulfilled. Instead, we were informed just ten days before our scheduled move-in date that the landlord had pulled out of the deal.
The unprofessionalism demonstrated by Savills in handling this matter is unacceptable. We have faced inconvenience, financial implications, and significant distress due to being misled and given false assurances.
I hope that Savills takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent future clients from experiencing similar frustrations.
Overall, my experience with Savills has been highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on these circumstances.

Over the several months period it took to complete the purchase there were critical times when the seller and I decided to call off the transaction. Liz has single handedly rescued the deal. Liz's calm and receptive manner, her resourcefulness in finding win-win solutions at the darkest of times, and her genuine care for both sides of the deal to find common ground, meant i could trust her even though she represented the seller. Having sold properties before and had relationships with different agents over the years I personally was not looking forward to the process. It was stressful in parts,but that’s to be expected, however the team made it far more pleasant than anticipated.

Delighted we appointed Savills Chiswick to sell our house. The service from start to finish was outstanding and they worked hard to achieve a great result in a quick timescale, despite the challenging lock-down circumstances.
We interacted with all the Chiswick sales team at various points and they were all brilliant.
Special mention though to our main contacts, Euan and Liz, who were superb - charismatic, professional, knowledgeable and always very responsive. When there was a slight hiccup in the chain during the process, it was very impressive how quickly they got things back on track. Liz especially worked incredibly hard helping to get things over the line during the final stages of the conveyancing process and we always really valued her excellent advice.
Overall the Savills team were a pleasure to work with. Whilst slightly more expensive than their Chiswick competitors, it was worth paying the extra for the end-result and service throughout the process.

My wife and I were on the property market looking to buy for over a year. In that time we viewed over 70 properties and found it difficult to find the property for us. In September 2017, we came across a property on Harvard Road and fell in love with it straight away. We loved the area. Knight Frank were the selling agents at the time and the agents we engaged with made the experience difficult. In the end it did not work out with the property and we found them superficial and arrogant – reiterating our perception at the time of estate agents in general.
Moving on with our search, we came across a property on Chiswick High Road which Savills was marketing. When we arranged for a viewing that is when we met Euan Rollo. Euan came across very personable and sincere and it was easy to engage with him. Soon after meeting Euan we made an offer on this property, however there were some difficulties with completing the transaction from the seller’s side. We gave it 6 months and in June 2018 we withdrew our offer.
At this point it looked like living in Chiswick was not meant to be, which left us feeling disappointed. We met with Euan to discuss options and found that the flat we initially saw a year ago on Harvard road was still for sale and now also being advertised by Savills as well as Knight Frank. We went to see the property again with Euan and after negotiating with the sellers we agreed a price and we have been the proud owners ever since.
What I really liked about Euan during this long and frustrating process was his honesty and friendliness, and sincere willingness to try to make it work for us while looking after the interests of the seller. Euan was always accommodating and available to respond at any time. Very personable and easy to talk to and he managed our relationship well. When I think about who I would call when the time comes to sell our property Euan would be the first name that comes to mind.
