We really should of looked at the reviews before we proceeded with this estate agents. First of all the story for reason of sale changed a few times. We were told the boiler was 4 years old when it was 10!!! A bit of a difference, we didn’t find this out till we had paid for a home buyers report, so we wasted much needed money from being given false information. We also arranged for a plumber to visit to give a quote on installing a new boiler and the estate agent didn’t bother to stick to their part of the bargain by getting the electric and gas switched on. So again we paid for something that was pointless. After all the stress we dropped out the sale, I will never ever deal with these people again, the customer service is blasè and when we spoke to them about what had happened or reached out for some help or advice they shrugged us off.

So in summery, liars who just want a quick sale!

Scrivens took over the rental tenancy of the house we were renting. These agents are lovely people,when we had an issue it was resolved very quickly. Jamie provided a warm and welcoming service for us when we rented with scrivins. He was relaxed yet professional. When the visit had to be done on the property mid term he didn't make it feel awkaud or intrusive. Thank you for your service
