Scrivins, and Jake in particular, made the purchase of our new home an absolute dream. Our initial purchase fell through and he was professional and courteous throughout and showed a considerable amount of empathy to our situation. This is the first time we've put a house up for sale and I'm very impressed by the service that we have received from Scrivins & Co. The pictures taken were of good quality and showcased the property perfectly. The video tour feature that Scrivins has introduced has been a valuable tool during this uncertain and unprecedented time. Buyers interested were able to get a better feel for the property before booking a viewing therefore reducing any unnecessary contact. I'm happy with the safety measures that have been put in place to combat Covid-19.
Communication has been fantastic, we received daily updates from Becky about the progress of our sale as well as notifications for viewing confirmations/reminders and all documents were received in a timely manner. We were very pleased that our house sold in under a week!!

We transferred our business to Scrivins & Co from another letting agent about 5 years ago. From first contact we were impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the efficient way our business was handled. House sale went really well, from a decent valuation, good set of details, lots of viewings, and sold within two weeks. Lots of communication and through to a relatively stress free completion. My only quibble is that I paid £60 for a floor plan, didn't get one (didn't need one!). Please donate to a wildlife charity.
