After being on the market for quite a while with another agent and having house sales fall through twice, to say we were a bit disheartened by the house selling process would be an understatement.
So, I got in touch with Annabel and her team at Hat and home and she introduced us to a different experience entirely.
From that moment we never looked back, they matched the right buyers to our property and we sold in the first few days of being on the market.
Their open, honest communication was so important to us, the team were so professional with a real underlying friendly approach.
It's a stressful time moving, and the Hat and Home team were with us every step of the way, routing for us and working so hard to sell our much loved family home.

Annabelle and the team were brilliant from the moment I met Annabelle through to exchange and completion! Rebecca was my sales progressor, she was amazing and she always gave me regular updates on my sale. They always set realistic expectations but also pushed to get my sale through quickly. If Rebecca was off someone else would always step in and help me if I wanted to know anything. I love that all updates were given via WhatsApp through a group chat so I didnt have to call the office or email for every update, it made the process really easy.

I had a viewing for a flat yesterday with Bobby and she was so incredibly friendly. There were some questions that I forgot to ask (service charge, etc) and she had a list of relevant information regarding the property to run through (unprompted). By far the best agency out there. Estate agents tend to have a bad rep and after being signed with two other agencies before meeting Hat and Home I can tell you they are completely different. So personalised, respectful of your wishes and truly work hard to meet your needs. I will never use another agency. Leighton in the Bracknell office especially was incredible and just got going on selling our property before the ink was even dry. There photographer is incredible and goes above and beyond to showcase the true beauty of your home. I can't recommend them enough and for a business that's only open a few years competing against some big names out there they have already hit the nail.on the head with how to buy and sell a home with a great team behind them. As I am sure a lot of other individuals are currently experiencing, trying to find a new home is very difficult due to the speed of the market.
After months of looking, we came across a property that Hat and Home were advertising on Rightmove. From this moment, we have been very lucky with how smooth the process has been and fast forward a couple weeks, we have moved into a new house which meets all our requirements and more. A special shout out and thank you to Freya, Sam and Liz who have made our experience a dream!! Not to mention the personalised touch they offer, which we have not received in the many years of renting with agencies previously.

Me and my husband feel so lucky to have been assigned Bobby as our estate agent after only viewing four houses over the course of two days we put an offer on a property that felt like home and it was accepted. The property wasn't one of the ones we had made an appointment to see it was recommended by Bobby, we feel as though she knew what we wanted after only a short conversation!
We are new to Bracknell but Bobby is so knowledgeable of Bracknell and the surrounding areas any questions we had she answered with ease and gave us lots of recommendations, she is extremely professional, friendly, approachable, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. The team at the Bracknell office have been incredible from start to finish! We moved to the UK in August and were looking for a house to rent. From our very first meeting, Liz was attentive, knowledgeable, and patiently answered lots of our very basic questions and always went above and beyond.
