Shocking customer service. They seem totally disinterested to arrange a viewing for you. I feel sorry for people looking to rent their properties through this letting agents. I sent several emails as I wanted to rearrange a viewing of a house I am very keen on seeing. I was ignored, I called through and spoke to a ‘John’ who said he would call back (a week later STILL waiting) and when I called through again I basically got told ‘we will try our best to contact you back but you’re not the only person interested in that property’! I think I’ll just knock on the door myself so I don’t have to go through this awful agent.... Read more

Had a very positive experience finding a rental home with SeOUL, they didn’t put any unnecessary pressure on me (as opposed to some larger real estate agents), were flexible and understanding while I was waiting to exchange on the sale of my property, and turned around all checks and documentation in under a week. I cannot give SeOUL enough stars! Selling a house is deeply stressful, especially when it's been a family home for decades; they *get* that. This is not your normal estate agents, heck, this is not your normal business, they focus deeply on their customers. A cynic could say that by doing that they great outcomes for themselves too, but it's just part of their character and they deserve any good karma they get. I lost count of the number of times they gave time, creativity and support, well beyond what they needed to do. I wholeheartly recommend them!... Read more
