I’m honestly shocked by all the positive reviews for SeOUL Estate Agents because my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly dismissive and made me feel like they had no interest in showing us the property.
Their tone on the phone was uninterested and unprofessional. They promised to call back to arrange a viewing but, of course, they never did. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is baffling, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Shocking customer service. They seem totally disinterested to arrange a viewing for you. I feel sorry for people looking to rent their properties through this letting agents. I sent several emails as I wanted to rearrange a viewing of a house I am very keen on seeing. I was ignored, I called through and spoke to a ‘John’ who said he would call back (a week later STILL waiting) and when I called through again I basically got told ‘we will try our best to contact you back but you’re not the only person interested in that property’! I think I’ll just knock on the door myself so I don’t have to go through this awful agent.

Had a very positive experience finding a rental home with SeOUL, they didn’t put any unnecessary pressure on me (as opposed to some larger real estate agents), were flexible and understanding while I was waiting to exchange on the sale of my property, and turned around all checks and documentation in under a week. They also organised a detailed inventory check-in completed by an independent third party prior to our move-in.

I cannot give SeOUL enough stars!
Selling a house is deeply stressful, especially when it's been a family home for decades; they *get* that. This is not your normal estate agents, heck, this is not your normal business, they focus deeply on their customers. A cynic could say that by doing that they great outcomes for themselves too, but it's just part of their character and they deserve any good karma they get. I lost count of the number of times they gave time, creativity and support, well beyond what they needed to do. I wholeheartly recommend them!

It was a pleasure dealing with Seoul Estate Agents for the sale of my property. They have a good selection of local and overseas buyers already in their books and this helps in securing a quick sale. In my case sale was prolonged for several months as tenants couldn't move out, so several previous buyers had backed out. Tao, Lisa and the SeOUL team worked constantly and swiftly to bring in prospective buyers and finally the deal was signed as soon as the tenants had left. SeOUL - the hidden gem of New Malden.
I was looking for a property to buy when I came accross SeOUL and met Tao and Lisa.
I still remember ringing many agencies to book some viewings Saturday morning, all agents were on a viewings and not available, all agencies promised the same - leave your details and we will contact you, some never did, some did many days after, it was Lisa from SeOUL though who contacted me late same Saturday and managed to book me in right for the coming Monday!
As I also had to sell my own property, first I was thinking to manage the viewings myself through online services, but after meeting Tao I changed my mind, so I went selling my property with them too. In the end I both bought my dream house from them and sold my old house with them too. As you can imagine, there were tons of problems on the way and I think if not for Tao, I wouldn't have been able to buy new property in time to meet the deadline of stamp duty holidays. Tao and Lisa literally worked day and night to deal with all the obstacles that popped up on this crazy journey of moving home.
It was 3rd property I was buying in the UK, and I don't think any agency provided me with this level of high quality and great human kindness that Tao and Lisa did. It wouldn't be overestimation to say that they are probably the best estate agency not only in the area but perhaps in the whole of UK.

Our property in New Malden UK is managed by Seoul Residential for more than 10 years.
We are very pleased with their management style. I never had the property vacant for a single week during this time and all the tenants who rented our property looked after it very well. They are very caring and looked after their tenants very well as well.
Recently our property needed renovation. Property manager Ian was very good who hired a reputable builder and oversaw the whole renovation within our budget requirements. We live in Australia and we were initially worried how all this going to be done, but Ian was very helpful and kept us informed at every stage with photos and videos of the work in progress until all the renovation was done. We very pleased with the work. As promised Ian got a very good tenant at a higher rental as soon as the renovation was completed and to our surprise he even managed to get a year’s rent in advance. I couldn’t have asked him any more than this.
We recommend Seoul Residential to any one without any reservation; they are so good!
