Absolutely top ???????? agents. Amanda and her team truly are the only agents in the area I would ever buy and/or sale with.
From start to finish the communication is transparent, honest and proactive.
I've not only purchased but also sold with Severnside and their knowledge, passion and ownership makes either process stress-free and easy.

So happy with the service from Severnside estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble for Amanda and Tracy. I was very anxious about putting my house on the market after having a very bad experience with a different estate agent, but severnside were fantastic and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process and found our perfect new home.

Amanda and Tracy made the whole experience of renting out our house stress free and easy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If anything went wrong or broke they were able to get the right people in to fix it very quickly. I hope our tenants were as satisfied as we were. Severnside have looked after my property for nearly 8 years now, and I have never had a single occasion to complain. Rent is always paid to me on time, they do quarterly inspections and I get a full report.. They have a team of trusted tradespeople who can cope with anything that needs fixing. I like it that they tell me there was a problem but we fixed it! Excellent service at an excellent price. Thank you.

Buying our first home seemed such a daunting prospect, but Tracey and Amanda were so helpful and supportive from the get-go. No question was too much and they were on hand at every step to ensure everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for better and had a positive experience from start to finish! We really appreciate the extra effort, the last minute arrangements and quick replies from Severnside estate agents.
