We previously purchased our house via Ben at Seymours and were very happy with the service provided, so when it came to selling it we chose Seymours again. Over the three months that it took to secure the sale we also engaged the services of two other larger agents. The number of viewings from Seymours exceeded the combined total of those from the other agents by a wide margin, so not surprisingly it was Seymours who made the sale.
Both Ben and Joe put in the extra effort needed in this currently challenging property market and were reliable, communicative and very professional at all times. I would certainly use the Ripley branch of Seymours again and do not hesitate in recommending them.

I personally haven't bought or sold through them but i have worked with them. I work for another estate agents in a different part of the country and i would hands down say they are one of the best estate agents i have ever had in a chain with myself. They are polite, professional and really helpful. The rest of our chain hasn't been that helpful but David at Seymours has really been my rock throughout the process and i can't thank him enough. We are finally coming to the end of our sales but I want everyone who are considering using them to really do so! They are hot on what they need to do and I can't thank the whole team enough!

WI have just purchased an apartment in the village. Seymours acted for the vendors - a development company. Without doubt it was the good rapport between both them and the builders that made our downsizing and leap into the unknown worthwhile. Of course there were a few snags to rectify but with the help of Mr Conquer, Ben, all has been sorted. I rate Seymours very highly and cannot praise Ben and his team enough.
