Having recently completed on our property advertised by Richard State Estate Agents, I can highly recommend RS for buyers and sellers alike. From initial enquiry to collection of keys, Richard acted with upmost professionality and integrity, bringing a mature, 'old-school' approach that we found lacking when enquiring with larger estate agents.
We were kept informed throughout the entire process, and ultimately submitted an offer much higher than what we would have with other estate agents, such was our faith that Richard was completely open and honest about the sale of the property. Highly recommended!

Value for money I can’t comment on as my property wasn’t sold. The market is not as buoyant at present due to the mortgage rate being high and uncertainty! I had hoped for more viewings and was slightly disappointed so have taken my house off the market and will rethink as to when I will sell!

Richard & Clive offer a far more personal service than any of the other local agents. We sold through RS, had our buyer that week and they even managed to find us an amazing house, not yet on the market, again with an offer accepted that week. It has taken me too long to write this as we have been in our house for a month, however I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best Estate Agent anyone could ever wish to work with. They operate in a completely different way to most Estate Agents, true gents who genuinely care and have your best interest at heart.
Richard and Clive pushed relentlessly to get our transaction through after it fell apart once and took almost 11 months from end to end. My wife and I were emotional wrecks and we probably put too much of that on to them, we know others were having an awful time of it too and I am sure they must take this burden home with them each day, despite none of it being because of them - often it is entirely out of their hands. I don't envy what they do. With that said and given the situation, they were a critical support to us and helped us to keep going and eventually move into our dream home, honestly I don't think it could have happened without them.
We will forever be thankful to them and I can't recommend them enough. If you are considering which estate agent to use, use Richard State!

They actually care and understand that people are at the heart of house buying, it’s not just a transaction. And they will put their noses into anything to help out their clients, tenaciously chase up people that need to be and ask the questions to get things done. I'm sure Richard won't mind me describing his approach and service as old school, but he is a very genuine and honest person to work with. Don't think this means he doesn't use modern technology to ensure your property is properly marketed. A much delayed sale due to COVID-19, Richard and his team made sure that the sale went through during a difficult period. The advise from the team ensured I didn't lose or delay the sale. If I was still in the area I would happily use the services of Richard State again.
