Graham, and the team at Curchods New Haw provided excellent service through our house sale with them. I chose Curchods for a few main reasons vs the other agents that valued our property. One being that Graham has sold two homes for my family in the past and we were happy with him then. Reason two was when Townley conducted the valuation unlike the other agents that just wanted my business he told me what he would need us to do to the property if he was to market it which I appreciated the honesty with. The other reason was that according to get agent Curchods perform best in the area. It wasn't an easy sale at times with various issues elsewhere in the chain but Graham kept everything moving for us and got the job done. Thanks Team.

Such a wonderful professional office with great staff. Hayley was the one who dealt with the sale of my house and she went above and beyond. Hayley would call me most weeks with an update on how things are moving and if there was any delay or questions she was right on it, which is exactly what you need when moving! Townley was also extremely helpful explaining to me the process and was always at the end of the phone if Hayley was unavailable. The folks at the New Haw branch of Curchods have been absolute godsend. Particular shout-out to Townley, who has saved my sanity on multiple occasions.
I bought my house through Curchods in 2017, and Townley was a huge support during what was a stressful move. The team was knowledgeable and helpful (in a way that other local agents really hadn't been). Seven years later, when it was time to sell my house and move on, I went back to Curchods without a second thought. Again the whole team was wonderful, they listened and advised, and Graham found a great buyer very quickly who could move on the timescales I needed. Townley, again, has gone above and beyond - not only reassuring on my sale, but also being a font of wisdom when I've been tearing my hair out over my onward purchase (which unfortunately is NOT through Curchods!)

Curchods were really helpful when we purchased our first home. The team were always quick to respond to messages and very good about communicating across the different parties. We could not recommend the services of Curchods in New Haw more! When we were putting our house up for sale, the market was at its best. We wondered if we should even use the services of any estate agent, and if so, which one. We spoke with a few agents, and in the end we decided to go ahead with Curchods as they were recommended by our previous neighbours. Retrospectively, it was the best decisions we could have made.
Firstly, they know the local area very well, and having this visibility and great network of potential buyers proved to be invaluable when we were putting the house on the market (twice!). First time, we had open day and sold it on the first day, second time we found a buyer within 2 weeks, which was a great result as we were in the middle of school holidays. Due to some complications with the first buyer (outside of Curchods control) we had the sale fall through but Townley and the team were there to quickly react and lead us on the journey again. To give you perspective on the speed, we spoke on Monday 9am about the buyer withdrawing and the same day in the afternoon we had a viewing arranged!
Secondly, the process of buying / selling the house in UK is not easy and straightforward. The whole team at New Haw branch worked soooo hard during the last few months to help us with all the issues on the way. Instant communication and advice was invaluable. The whole process put their experience in the industry to the test, and they delivered with top marks! They care, understand and push when needed, On several occasions they went out of their way to help us to resolve the issues and make the exchange happen.
Service and support provided was truly outstanding, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. We are very happy that we didn’t try to sell our house ourselves! Hayley, Townley, Graham and Kevin thank you so much for the work you put in to make sure that moving to our next family home can actually happen!

Nothing short of incredible. We saw a lot of properties with Curchods, they have a brilliant selection, all shapes and sizes and all budgets. I never thought we’d be lucky enough to buy from a prestige agency as Curchods but here we are, we’ve just moved in to our beautiful home and it’s all down to the hard work of the whole team at New Haw. Special mentions to Hayley, Townley and Kevin as without them we wouldn’t be as sane as we are now.
Our first property fell through as the owners pulled it off the market but this didn’t perturb Hayley and team, they sprung into action to find us suitable properties to the one we thought was our forever home until we actually found one that was better. We have just moved into the one that is our forever home and the works told us to keep going with Curchods. They just know exactly what house hunters need.
Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and with a great sense of humour these are how all estate agents should behave. No lies, total honesty and bags of integrity, if and when we ever move from our beautiful home we will definitely be using Curchods.
It would be a crime to use anyone else. We have looked at some wideboys, chancers and slippery agents before and held up against the backdrop of Curchods standards they are shown up, painfully so.
It doesn’t matter how long or short your journey with them is, it will have a happy ending with them handing you the keys to your dream home.
Don’t do it yourself, get the professionals to help you, whether you’re buying or selling.

The house was fantastic and we bought it and the follow up care throughout the process was fantastic. I just wish that I had sold my property through Townley and Curchods and not through the agents we used as all we were was a commision to them and not a client. To Curchods we were never to much trouble and they were fantastic.

In this day and age of COVID , lot of business’s have gone to the wall, however Curchods rose to the occasion and sold the house in 4 days whilst we were on holiday. They were efficient and professional throughout and ensured there was lots of contact through out the process from start to finish.

As first time buyers, the whole process of viewing properties can be quite daunting. Everyone at Curchods made it feel the exact opposite. Regardless of which office or member of staff we dealt with, everyone was very professional and welcoming. This put us at ease and made everything feel normal and easy.
