We just sold our property through Seymours Godalming and our agent, Stewart, was fantastic. Our chain wasn't an easy one, but he went above and beyond to manage not only our buyer but also the rest of the chain to keep things moving.<br>?You hear so many horror stories about buying and selling houses, so it was truly reassuring to have Stewart guiding us through the process the entire time and being completely transparent about where things stood.<br>?I would work with Stewart again in a heartbeat—though hopefully not for a few years! :-)

Outstanding service from James King and the team at Seymours Grayshott.<br><br>We’ve been on this property journey for well over a year, and throughout the entire process James and the team have been incredibly helpful, supportive and professional. They kept us informed of suitable properties, accommodated our many viewing requests, and always took the time to get answers to our questions from the vendors.<br><br>James has gone above and beyond to help make our purchase go through as smoothly as possible. Despite the many challenges we encountered along the way, his dedication, persistence and excellent communication helped us get over the finish line.<br><br>It has been an absolute pleasure working with James and the whole team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seymours Grayshott, and when the time eventually comes to sell our home (hopefully a long way off!), they’ll be our first choice.

?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. We bought a house from Seymours. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process which was somewhat tortuous due to the last person in the chain. They worked very hard to keep everything going and ending successfully

The team was very enthusiastic about selling our property. We had many viewings. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
