We've had a great experience with the team at Seymours Walton-on-Thames. Super responsive and a great selection of properties, and don't over call/over communicate - also great on email vs. calls too. James was very helpful in picking up our search, as well as Daniel, and Jamie was great with getting our offer accepted.

we had a difficult sale primarily because of the problems caused by the purchases solicitors Tom Miles and his team always kept the communication open, up-to-date and went the extra mile until finally the sale was completed, I would certainly recommend Tom Miles and his team as they are very professional and do all the things that you would expect a very good estate agency to do.

Seymours exceeded my expectations. I chose Seymours Woking due to their large market share and history in selling properties like mine. The staff were knowledgeable about the local market and I felt I could trust them to guide me through it.
I was impressed by the speed of my sale. Whilst I think greater care and attention could have been given to the spelling and grammar on my property listing, they edited it promptly following my comments. Communication with me was clear and I felt informed throughout the process. I would recommend.

friends advised me strongly not to use Seymours and i was reluctant due to my previous experience, but the Knaphill office were excellent with good local knowledge and feedback from the 10 viewings.
The photographer was very good and friendly & honest as the whole team at Knaphill, Seymours.
