The best estate agent around.
Seymours assisted us with the sale of our flat and were incredible every step of the way. Incredibly communicative, competitive fees and they got us our asking price for our flat.

I've dealt with many agencies before & I have to say they're one of the few that are sincere, honest, straightforward & reliable.
A lot of agencies aren't professional nor always honest. But it's been a real pleasure meeting Annabelle. She is thoroughly helpful, friendly, polite & efficient.
Highly recommend this agency.

We bought a house from Seymours. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process which was somewhat tortuous due to the last person in the chain. They worked very hard to keep everything going and ending successfully

The team was very enthusiastic about selling our property. We had many viewings. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
