Requested via Rightmove to view a property for sale with Shipways.Agreed they could also value my home. Received 4 calls from 4 people who had no recollection of the previous call. Hagley branch insinuated it was my fault for contacting Kidderminster branch. Argumentative, unprofessional approach. The lady who was coming to value my home called to ask what my plans were, how strange when she could have asked me during her valuation 2 hours later. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment as I wouldn’t trust them to sell it.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. Maisie & Mia - Just Superb
My wife and I are still in the process of buying and selling our house via Shipways in Hagley, and we have mainly dealt with Mia for the buying and selling of our house and interest in others and Maisie for independent mortgage advice, and to be honest there is nothing that I could fault either of them on. The level of service, friendliness has been brilliant even to take the time to sit and explain the whole process of buying and selling to us as it’s been a number of years since we moved in to our first marital home.

Our mortgage advisor Ricky Parmar has been simply brilliant from the outset he has treated us like people and shown a genuine interest and duty of care and not like another number or commission. This guy not only has professional approach but a great bubbly personality it's like we have been friends for ages when we speak devibately a peoples person.
Ricky has 100% taken ownership, listened, made things easy, not making us feel pressured, given us options via informed choice and using his professionalism offered the best products to suit our needs and requirements.
His level of service he provides is outstanding keeping us in the loop at all times, updates and next steps are so clear, he always let's us know when his not in the office or on annual leave and always makesure we have a point of contact his absence.
This guy is a absolute credit to Shipways I have dealt with Shipways in Greatbarr & Shirley (West Midlands) where their service has not come a tiny bit close to the service Ricky has provided if anything missing all of Ricky's core attributes as a Mortgage advisor and peoples person.
Your bosses may want to consider putting your expertise in delivering some training , development and coaching lol

I cannot rate the Hagley Shipway's team highly enough. They are super professional, give you an honest resume of your property and it's realistic value. For me, the open house that they organised ran flawlessly, was soon fully booked and a buyer found within the hour. The buyer was also using Shipways for their mortgage, so everything ran seamlessly. The other really important point to make, is that, unlike my previous estate agents, when they say they'll call you back, they actually do call back, something many others could learn from. They are all very customer focussed. Well done to you all, I'm super grateful.

I can't rate the Haley office highly enough. They give you no flannel, just tell you exactly how they see your property and give you several options on what you can do to sell. Obviously everyone wants to achieve the highest price for their property but that can sometimes not be what the seller thinks it's worth and they aren't afraid to tell you that, and also to give advice on what would be needed and at what cost to be done for you to achieve a maximum price
I doesn't matter who you speak to on the phone, everyone in the office knows exactly what is going on with each property.

We went with the option of an open house and were over the moon to receive several offers and we sold for over our asking price.
