Research an agent before using, how long on average does it take to sell a house. Is agents fee is on guide price or actual selling price. Be wary about contract lengths and long notice periods. Who is actually showing prospective buyers around your house and what are there incentives on sales.

Victoria Bennett branch manager of shipways Harborne high street absolutely disgraceful unprofessional and rude regarding sale and rental matters. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.
