We received excellent service from Sinclair’s with the sale of a property. They were efficient, effective, professional and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We were kept well up to speed with what was happening, but they also communicated effectively with both the purchaser and solicitor in order to progress the sale. We have other properties, and advice regarding valuation and rental rates was very helpful. Responses to requests for assistance were always responded to positively and quickly. They facilitated access to the property for work while we were away, and assisted with queries relating to power. I highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

From the first phone call I had with Sinclair to book a viewing they were professional and helpful. They told us there was another property on that hadn’t hit the open market yet that we might like. From making the offer to instructing the sale Sinclair have kept us informed throughout the whole process. As first time buyers we were new to the whole process. Wendy kept us informed at every step of the way and ensured we knew what was happening. She reassured us when things got a little nerve wracking and even managed to complete our chain before our mortgage offer expired. We couldn’t have done it without her support and guidance.

I’ve used Sinclair twice in 18 months, firstly because Pete gives a realistic selling expectation on price compared to the other companies who came to appraise.
Secondly, Wendy was brilliant at communicating promptly and following up all viewings.
There was lots of support during negotiations and throughout the conveyance process.

We have used Pete and his team three times now. The reason we use Sinclairs is because they are realistic in their valuations to get your house sold. So many agents now a days over value properties just to get the house on their books, then 2 weeks later after no enquiries and the agent comes back to you and says let's reduce the price.
If you want to sell your house use Sinclair's.
