I recently had the pleasure of working with Sinclair Shepshed to secure a rental property, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and efficiency throughout the process.
From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the lease, I felt there was good communication although it can take a couple of days for a reply via email. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Louise and Rhiannon were readily available to provide guidance and clarification. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, making sure I felt supported and informed throughout. Their expertise was invaluable in navigating the complexities of renting a property, and I felt confident knowing that I was in capable hands.
Overall, my experience with Sinclair’s was pleasurable. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner in their renting or property journey.

The overall experience was very good , if I were to find any criticism at all it would be around continuity of communication I had great initial contact with Alex but one the listing was established it was difficult to maintain that contact as he was frequently out of the office and no mobile contact was offered. The other people in the Coalville office all seemed to be part timers so the continuity of communication with the same people suffered quite a bit. The seller dashboard could benefit from more regular updating.

From the start of sale Pete Harding was super friendly and made us feel comfortable with the process. Throughout the sale to completion Emma Broadhurst was an absolute Gem, she handled our stressed out buyer constantly and was easy going, helpful and knowledgeable until the very end.

Sinclairs have been professional from start to finish. Most of our dealings were with Emma who has been brilliant, we were kept informed throughout and found her very helpful when I had a query. Their portal was also great to track progress. I’d highly recommend Sinclairs for a smooth, stress free process.
