I contacted Sinclair’s and the property was put on the market very quickly. I found my phone calls answered extremely quickly (no dealing with a non human as is the case nowadays) the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for.
My property is sold subject to contract quicker than I expected.

The overall experience was very good , if I were to find any criticism at all it would be around continuity of communication I had great initial contact with Alex but one the listing was established it was difficult to maintain that contact as he was frequently out of the office and no mobile contact was offered. The other people in the Coalville office all seemed to be part timers so the continuity of communication with the same people suffered quite a bit. The seller dashboard could benefit from more regular updating.

I’m writing this positive review as I sold and purchased My new property with Sinclair.
This was all during the lockdown,the selling and buying was a breeze.
The Conveyancing was the problem! I decided to go with the online cheaper option. Big mistake!!!!
Thanks to Sandra with her patience and help she probably stopped the sale from falling through due to the time it was taking.

Sinclair, Coalville is by far the best estate agent I’ve used and I’ve moved house a lot! I’ve bought and sold with Sinclair, Coalville several times and it’s always been a very positive experience.
