so rude people in the office and they ONLY work in the office for MONEY. if u complain to them, they tall u to leave the property they don't wane take any responsibility very RUDE in that housing agency. If you complain about the property, the come to property start doing record the problem and keep saying that they can't fix because by law they don't have to fix they scared you eve they tell you to fix yourself. My experience with Smart Move estate was very good. They are very professional, experienced and always ready to help. I rented for 1 years and whenever needed any support, I just call them and they always provide necessary support. I moved out only because I was leaving UK. I would also like to recommend their car rental service. I was looking to book cab for airport and then came to know that they also provide car rental service and its really cheaper than ola and uber. Very rude on the phone Got this number from my local council and was told " your council gave you the wrong number" and that " I was a risk of not paying rent" that's funny as I've been paying my rent for 3 years elsewhere. Disgusting service from the men that run this place, no respect for common courtesy If I could give them less than one star I honestly would Their should be a qualification for estate agents because the amount of wrongdoings & dodgy things that’s happening in Faizans team is unacceptable. tried over charging with hidden fees and when that didn’t work he tried telling me to commit fraud with the council in order to be able to afford his extortionate prices Anyway the places are dirty and not suitable for any half decent people to stay in. Check the places thoroughly as rodents will start appearing and rat droppings without any help from them whatsoever they’ll be mould in your house and you won’t even get an answer from them PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THESE ESTATE AGENTS THEIR ARE 100 MORE YOU CAN GO TO WITH PROPER PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. Great customer service. The whole process was handled smoothly, from excellent vetting of tenants to checking all paper work was in order and a follow up visit to check if everything was ok. They took the responsibility of renting my flat to the decent tenants with proper references. They even made required cleaning and repairs of the apartment; and arranged decent tenant. Rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever come across. They will do anything to get you on board at first even bend the law and advise you how to commit benefit fraud then when it comes to sorting any issues or wanting your deposit back you see another side. They become aggressive, intimidating and that's only if you get a chance to speak to them as they have a habit of ignoring phone calls. They don't show up when they have arranged to meet you just literally leave you waiting on the street. I wish I never had anything to do with them and I advise everyone to not rent a property from this company. Very disappointed from the service of that agency. Very disrespectful people in the office, unsuppostive , rude and money grabbers. I lost money after 2 years of renting property with them. My deposit went wasted and i havent got it returned. My requests were ignored and even responds received were so inappropriate and abusive. Please, people who want to use their services. STOP and do not make the mistake i made. Find another agent as you risk to get into my situation and lose money.
