I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. Very professional with lots of attention to customer requirements. Matthew Ross really understood what I valued and showed me the property best suited for my needs. If I was a rational consumer - no doubt - I would have taken Matthew's suggested property. But I am more of an emotional one and had made a previous offer that came through. Jess at Snellers is such a lovely young lady. She has been helping me find a house for about 2 and half years. Not once in all that time did she get frustrated when I didn't like any of them!!!! I have been contacting Jackie since December 2019 to get a new fob for my buildings electric gate, constantly being told it has been order, it's on its way, until she stopped responding to my emails only to find from another member of their team, Georgina, that nothing has been ordered. After finally being given the item to order, it was the wrong one and wont work. I have now been calling every other day for the last 2 weeks, and have not called me back. I am now out £80 for the incorrect fobs and am still waiting a call back. Awful service.... Read more

Having a change of landlord in recent years much work has been done on the contractural side of things as well as quite major renovation and redecoration of the premises by both the landlord and myself and it has been very useful having a contact point and someone prepared to liaise with all the parties involved.
