I’ve rent the one bedroom property in Finsbury Park via Sonia Estates and all process was smoothly completed. There were some issues with boiler, bathtub and other small things but they’ve handled quickly. They are very reliable and responsive. Each time when I’ve called they answered or got back to me in 5 minutes. Very happy to deal with them. Thank you to all office workers and landlord. All the best.

Everything was resolved quickly. During the five years we lived in that apartment, whenever I needed any support, the Sonia Estates team was always ready to help. We rented a house from your agency, Sonia Estate. House 23 Sedgecombe avenue HA30HW. You probably know the address and who rented it. We have tried to talk to you many times. The president ignores our meetings at the agency and does not answer e-mails and phone calls. We did not receive a report after leaving the house. On what basis did you keep my deposit of £1,800? THIEVES....... I am responding to the opinion of Sonia estate....... We absolutly disagree with the decision of Sonia Estate Agency. The
person was Joanna K. Was she supposed to denounce us? She hasn't lived
in this house in London for 6 years, and she doesn't know what's going
on in my life. And I know that Joanna had contact with President Sach.
It's Mr. President who comes up with a trick, a lie and a fraud. We
submitted an appropriate letter terminating the lease, which was
positively received. The president assured us that everything would be
fine and the deposit would be returned to our account. It turned out to
be a big fraud. We don't lie about the reason for our urgent departure
and leaving home. We have medical evidence of this. We did not receive
any letter on the basis of which our deposit of £1,800 was not
refunded. The agency took advantage of us and robbed us - the basis for
not returning the deposit is a private reason! not a house that was
clean and well-kept. Sonia Agency did not lose anything by us leaving
the house early, because there was another tenant and he paid much more
to rent the house..... FRAUD

I am writing on behalf of Isbel Nissen of Rembrandt Court Kenton.
She is at the moment in ill health. Sonia Estates were suppposed to finish a repair job for her and I can only hope that when they see this they take some action because they just ignore emails!!!!
I shall continue to post on here until they do something about it.

I am Pratik Nashikkar, I visited to your kingsbury office on Wednesday 27/09/2023 nearly 5pm regarding renting house. The lady who was attending us was illiterately rude. She don’t to how to talk with customers. For us searching a house is very difficult but we came on some hope, they let me down. I will never suggest to anyone to come and visit to your office.
Even though we ask here regarding 2,3 and 4 bhk along with i am suggesting more than 6 area but the rude answer was check online and make weird faces.
Thank you owner for demotivating us.

Sonia Estates are an excellent estate agent who are very helpful and cooperative in assisting with renting a property.
They communicate very well and are attentive in their work when it comes to making sure that the tenants, like myself and my wife, are taken care of.

Like every ending, there is always something good to tell. So, I can say that my husband and I are super happy and grateful to the Sonia Estates Agency, especially to the gentleman Kamal, for his attention and direction while we needed your services as tenants. We were renting in a flat for almost two years with good service and communication. We had support at all times. Transparency and a lot of ethics throughout the service. LANDLORDS PLEASE AVIOD!!
Sonia estate charges tenant’s a different amount to what it says on YOUR tenancy.
All along, you are receiving XXx amounts of rent with high turnaround of tenants, and every other month of unnecessary repair costs, as well as the deficit periods. Only to find out, that your poor tenants have been paying “monthly top ups in cash” to Sonia estate.

I have rented 2 houses from this agency. First a flat and after that a house, and every time they were very helpful especially the staff at their office in Kingsbury. Paperwork went smoothly and every time I had an issue with the house they contacted the landlord right away and did the best to solve it.
