Avoid Man & Co at all costs!! We have had an awful experience with Man & Co- they are the worst agents we have ever had to deal with. They are unprofessional, rude, and never call us back when they say they will. Due to their incompetency it has taken 3 months for us to get our deposit back which has been incredibly stressful and infuriating having to continually chase them and then being given countless excuses. They don't seem to have a clue what's going on and have continually lied to us and made empty promises just to get us off their backs. They don't listen and interupt me on the phone whenever I have to speak to them. I'm not sure how they are still in business! We are so relieved we never have to deal with them again.... Read more

They have house on rent next door with over grown tree and bushes Messaged and called them a number of time to come to trim the tree as all the debris from the tree is fallen in my garden and blowing inside my house can’t even leave windows open! They don’t do anything about sent some cowboys with a hand saw to cut some of the branches with hasn’t made any difference. If you ask me they are unprofessional and am sure the house is a hmo with no license with I will taking to the council about.... Read more

i had a property from this agency for 6 years. they was really good; every time i had any maintenance problem they was sending someone to fix. also, they have been very fair in regards to the deposit- i got my deposit back in full within 2 days; of course, the proeperty was kept in good condition by us, but it was really easy and fast process of getting back our money at the end of tenancy. overall, i would recomend them. they are very good and very serious in my oppinion, after having a 6 years experience with them.... Worst experience ever. Zero costumer service. I called them on Friday morning because I needed a plumber for the toilet ASAP, Natalie told me she would find someone and give me a call, waited until 4pm and no calls received, I called her again and she said that none was avaiable, we couldn’t use the toilet otherwise. I asked her to call the landlord and she said ‘If you hang out I can call him otherwise I can’t’.. I was shocked, I deal with a lot of people during the day and I think this maybe 80% of the time I’m on the phone but I never say it! She promise to call me before closing time, she did not, I called her at 17.58 and her colleague answered ‘she is on the phone, she will call you’ without even asking who was on the phone, no calls received, I tried to call after six but was closed and no answers. I always had bad experience with them, last yearthe bath wasn’t working and they send someone to fix it after a week telling us to go have shower in a hotel or to friends of us. Once happened that I closed my self outside and I call them because they have a pair of keys (my family was on holiday) they charged me 30£ for that. Not worth it dealing with them. If I could rate zero stars I would. Not reccomended.... Read more
