Dropped into Sowerbys and had a chat with Julian about rising interest rates and mortgages. He was very knowledgeable and offered to put me in touch with their financial partners. My mortgage is not up for renewal yet, but I already know who’ll I’ll be speaking to when it is.

Popped into Sowerbys in Wells-next-the-Sea a couple of weeks ago on a rather wet and windy day and was met with some good old fashioned customer service. The gentleman there, Julian, took my coat and hung it, then made me a nice hot cup of tea, all before we even started discussing properties and the current housing market. What a lovely experience.

We have recently completed a house purchase through Sowerbys and the service from Katie Huggins has been excellent throughout. Katie has always been very timely, polite and efficient, and kept us fully updated. We'd certainly use Sowerbys in the future.

I’ve been hunting for a property in the North Norfolk vicinity to be closer to my daughters and grandkids. I’ve been to numerous estate agents but (maybe because I’m older and have very high standards) got the impression that most of them didn’t seem to have the compassion and maturity for the job, they seemed distracted, no interaction. But from Sowerbys at ‘Wells next the Sea’, Julian really went out of his way to understand the sort of property I was searching for. We seemed to click right from the off, he was patient, charming and mature, he didn’t to want to hurry me along. So Sowerbys be proud of Julian.. he’s doing a grand job.

I've had several viewings with different estate agents these past few weeks, but what impressed me the most was Julian at Sowerbys. He really came across as someone that cared and understood exactly what I was looking for. He was patient, considerate and incredibly professional...unlike some other agents that seem to want to hurry the viewing. I was very impressed with him, so if your searching for a property in the Wells area you'll find Julian very accommodating..

First class, highly efficient, friendly service. Sowerbys did an excellent job of selling our property in Wells Next The Sea. They were attentive and dealt with everything in a highly professional manner. Having decided to sell our property and move abroad was an easy decision.
Finding an agent we thought was problematic, until we used sowerbys.
Their professionalism and attention to detail , along with understanding our needs and the housing market was key to our rapid sale.
We were on the market with a high quality brochure within a week and a sale agreed a week later at the full asking price.
Completion was just 8 weeks later.
Stunning service indeed from Lorna and Katie who dealt with all the viewings also.

We have just recently sold our home with the Fakenham branch, and can’t recommend Sowerbys enough.
Before our photos were even taken Katie was extremely proactive using the mailing list to arrange a viewing which resulted in the sale of our home. 7 weeks from offer to completion which has demonstrated how efficient and knowledgeable the team are.
We completely felt at ease with the team at Fakenham, no query was too much trouble for them and always felt completely informed on a regular basis with the status of our sale. Katie did a fabulous job for us and can’t thank her enough.
We would also like to say a special thanks to Paula, Fakenham’s manager, who using her extensive estate agency experience was always quick to offer help and advice when needed.
We will definitely be using Sowerbys when buying and selling in the future.
