Dixons sold my uncles house for us after he had passed away. At the beginning they discussed my mother’s needs in a sensitive way. At all stages through the sale they kept my mother informed of what was going on and arranged a number of viewings which they carried out. When offers were made they were presented to us and we accepted the best offer. Just before exchange Gemma went above and beyond to keep us in the loop and also sort out the final review of the property with the buyer. I am happy to recommend Dixons for sorting out any house sale

I’ve recently sold my house through Dixons, Kingstanding and was very impressed with the excellent, professional service provided by both Andy and Gemma who were very supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process.
I was kept up to date with any developments at each stage and offered great advice on both selling and purchasing my new property. Any questions I had were answered quickly and everything was clearly explained. Viewings on my property were done professionally helping to secure the sale.
Would also highly recommend the great service provided by Denise the mortgage advisor who helped us find the best deal for our new property.

Have just completed on our property and couldn’t be happier . We were anxious and unsure about putting our house on the market but Gemma and Andy made us feel like we were in control of the process . We had input about photos and write up and the house looked great online .

My husband and I decided it was the right time to move house, we invited Gemma around to discuss this. She came to our property, discussed our options with us, explained the next steps and then gave us time to think.
Once a decision was made Gemma and Andy helped us along every step, and even when it got a little tricky and not quite to plan they were both there to talk us through it.
Needless to say, all ended well and it was down to the knowledge and support from both Gemma and Andy.

I don't have enough words to thank Gemma and Andy from Dixons also Emma from Medway Law and the whole team iamsold auctions.
My father in law wanted to sell his home of over 80 years in Great Barr. Andy came out had a chat with him and explained the various options available. After going away and chatting to my husband and myself he decided to go down the Modern Auction route.
Dixons arranged for the photos of the house to be taken. We had very little to do.
A start price was fixed with a no less than amount agreed. The process was so straightforward everything was amazing. The auction was live for a week and the final hour was nerve-wracking watching the auction on line.
We used Medway Law as they are specialists in auction properties and everything was compled well within the time-limit of 56 days.
All I can finally add is if anyone is thinking of selling a property go to Dixons and if your not sure of auction I would certainly recommend it. There was no stress for an elderly gentleman of 89 years old.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received when selling my house with Dixons. I had approached another agency on Hawthorn Rd, and was given the hard sell by the manager who undervalued my house, he was pushy, patronising, overbearing and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I had reservations due to that experience but within 5 minutes of talking to Andy at Dixons , I realised what a professional service he had to offer. Andy is extremely reassuring, has a vast knowledge of the local area, makes you feel at ease and is very approachable . He listened to what was important to me, made me feel valued and all of my requests were met. He dealt with my 101 questions and made the whole process as stress free as he could. Gemma is a delight! She’s very professional, friendly, approachable and is very respectful of your home. Both Andy & Gemma worked tirelessly to get me the best price for my house (a lot more than the other estate agent had valued at) , they really do take the stress out of selling. I chose not to use in-house solicitors and this was not an issue at all, I chose to opt for better photos for a fee. Dixons not only use their own website and Rightmove , they also advertise on Zoopla . So you get a maximum coverage of people who can see your listing. Not all estate agents list on Zoopla! If you are looking a for genuine, reliable , honest estate agent with a sincere interest for their client then definitely opt for Dixons at Kingstanding.

When i first saw my new home in Dixons i fell in love. I went to a couple of mortgage advisors, who didnt want to work or care. I contacted Gemma who was very friendly, sympathetic and kind and pointed me in the direction of Denise their mortgage advisor in house. Dixons are a terrible service if you do not have a mortgage with them, I wouldn't recommend even viewing with them. Gemma makes things up and lies about your offers to sellers and withholds them till late to push others at dixons through , and then lies about you. Shocking team that work there.

A huge thank you to Denise - mortgage advisor at Dixons. I am a first time buyer and was ready to give up on purchasing my first house after being messed around by an online no fee broker. I am so glad I had Denise to guide me through the process. Denise set up two initial meetings with me and spent a considerable amount of time talking me through the whole process from start to finish and answered my endless questions. We enlisted Dixons to sell my late Aunt's property. Very professional in all their dealings with us. High quality pictures of the property attracted huge interest from many genuine, potential buyers (13 in under 24 hours !). Although the first sale fell through (buyer found out could not convert front garden into access drive), Dixons quickly contacted those with an original interest and it re-sold in under 48 hours. I cant say enough good things about this team. Firstly, they valued our house significantly higher than we anticipated, which made us dubious tbf, but they know their stuff, and an offer was made pretty quickly (from memory it took a couple of weeks from first listing), and since they did all checks on the buyer before suggesting they look at our property, there was no issue there. They didnt stop there though. Once the sale had been agreed, they kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot compliment the friendly yet professional approach enough. If your a first time buyer and feel intimidated or find the idea of buying a house daunting I cannot recommend Zahida the mortgage consultant enough. Me and my partner purchased our first property together in the last week and if it wasn’t for the great support along the way from Charlotte and Zahida I know we would’ve really struggled to get it all over the line. The organisation and time management from the branch’s end was second to none, Sam who has a great job of getting that purchase through and delegating between both parties was always extremely helpful and whenever we asked anything of her she was happy to oblige, Sam Bailey can also pull out a few good vocals as well.. just ask her to do it!! ????
