Having recently moved management of a rental property to Stephenson Browne, Sarah & Sharon have been fantastic in finding a new tenant quickly and in a very professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication throughout has been exceptional, there were some repairs needed before the new tenant moved in and these have been dealt with very swiftly. Thank you so much for making things so painless!

We found Stephenson Browne to be very easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and they always responded to queries promptly and tried to help where they could. Pam and Maria were brilliant with arranging viewings and helping us get our sale and Cathy the sales progresser was amazing at getting our sale through and dealing with things our solicitors should have done. We would recommend Stephenson Browne to anyone who is looking to sell their property and would definitely use them again ourselves if needed.

My son suggested that I should use Stephenson Brown to handle the sale of our house.I am so happy that I followed his advice.I was kept informed at each stage of the process and they ensured that I received feed back after viewings.A really professional and friendly attitude.
Achieved a sale at the asking price after three weeks-can't ask for better than that.

Sarah and the entire lettings team are just awesome! I am a portfolio landlord and work with many agents across the country but none of them come any close to Sarah and the lettings team. This team is the most professional, courteous, friendly and helpful I have ever come across in the UK. They always go beyond the call of duty and are always, always available with outstanding communications. I wish all agents were like this team. Kudos to you!

Absolutely fantastic service! We enquired about another property initially but that one had unfortunately gone however Ellie recommended a new property straight away and sent me the details that afternoon. She’s been the most informative and friendly estate agent I have ever dealt with - we could always contact her via email or phone. I wouldn’t pick any other estate agent in congleton to either sell or buy a property through.

Selling a property can be stressful. Without a doubt it can be a daunting task to face. I can absolutely say from experience Stephenson-Browne took 99% of the pressure away. They showed potential buyers around the property informing me when they were to view and letting me know the feed back from each visit.
