We needed to get a tenant in to our property as the old tenant was moving out. I contacted several estate agents and Stephenson Brown just seemed more genuine. We needed the agent to manage the property as we no longer live in the area. From our first contact with Sarah all the staff we have spoke to Sharon, Heather and Pam have been great. Nothing seems to much trouble and they are always willing to help in any way. We were a little sceptical at first dealing with an estate agent as we have had in the past a bad experience with another agent who promised the earth but did absolutely nothing. Stephenson Brown lined up tenants and vetted them to worm out time wasters as well as doing background checks. They showed the tenants around and reported back to us how everything was going. We needed to get some trees cut lower in the rear garden and Sarah went to the property to take pictures for us so we could see what the workers had done. Going forward we just hope all goes well working with the agent. So if you are looking for an agent who is up front and honest and who does what it says on the tin, then dont look any further. There costs are good also.

Stephenson Browne completely exceeded our expectations They went above and beyond in helping us, despite some difficulties outside their control. Sadly we could not complete due to other parties in the chain - but this was not something SB could have done more to try and help with. We would recommend them to anyone, and when we come to try and sell our house again (hopefully in a few months) we will definitely use them

Absolutely fantastic service! We enquired about another property initially but that one had unfortunately gone however Ellie recommended a new property straight away and sent me the details that afternoon. She’s been the most informative and friendly estate agent I have ever dealt with - we could always contact her via email or phone. I wouldn’t pick any other estate agent in congleton to either sell or buy a property through.
