Very good at handling all the various components, negotiating the best sale for us having received offers from multiple parties. Also handled malicious attempts from the couple next door who tried to sabotage our sale. Diplomatic and effective in mediation and his was really above the call of duty. Thank you to Judith of Cundalls.

Tom and the team at Stephensons handled our purchase of a property and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
Stephensons went above and beyond to work with us and were available at all times to help and update us.
There were a few solicitor issues along the way (nothing to do with Stephensons or us) and Stephensons communicated throughout, were understanding of both parties situations, and ultimately made sure everyone was happy at the end of things.
Thank you Tom for all the help and hard work, we love our new home and would definitely recommend you to any friends or family looking to move in the area.

We have recently moved into our dresm home in Dishforth. Sue and Nathan were both very helpful with our house purchase which made it easy and less stressful. We would recommend Stephensons of Boroughbridge following our experience.

Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email.
Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again.
Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use

Stephensons hosted all the viewings for our house sale which was very helpful as we could not be there to host any potential buyers. I'd say that Stephensons did work hard to sell the house.

Angela and Helen, have been brilliant, at the Knaresborough office, keeping us informed all the time, friendly helpful staff, 10/10 i,d recomend Stephensons. They sold a property for us, we have been so pleased from start to finish!!!!!
