On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

It was a straightforward choice to go with Stephensons for my house sale given their reputation and their expertise in the local market. A very professional & friendly service provided by all the team in Easingwold branch when I sold a property in Easingwold. I rate their expertise very highly which they all provide with a personal touch from start to finish, excellent communication & a very speedy sale. All knowledgeable & experienced, would highly recommend.

Professional and friendly service, always on time for appointments and clear on what was needed when. We had clear advise on how to proceed and really helpful support for us to manage bookings, viewings and additional help organising the house for good photographs and marketting. Great service helping make the sale and move as easy as it could have been.

Finding a rental property in York is never easy but Stephensons helped me in every way possible.
They give the personal touch so you can find the right home for you.
Oliver and the team went the extra mile and even showed me a property on a Sunday as I work full time a weekends just so I didn’t miss out!
I spent 5 very happy years in a home in York thanks to Stephensons would recommend them to anyone first time every time ??????
