My experience with JLL has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From the beginning, we were completely organised for our move — paperwork sorted, furniture ordered, movers booked — everything planned down to the hour. But JLL’s agent threw a spanner in the works. They were slow to respond, left old furniture in the property, and made us pay for a cleaner out of pocket, which took weeks to be reimbursed.
During the purchase process, the agent made vague references to possible fire safety issues but completely downplayed their seriousness. In reality, the apartment has major cladding problems and a longstanding gas issue dating back to 2024. When I reached out for clarity, I was told, “This is what you pay a solicitor for.”
The agent became increasingly unhelpful, to the point where I had to ask my partner to take over all communication — I simply couldn’t deal with them anymore. What was meant to be an exciting chapter in our lives quickly became a drawn-out, stressful ordeal.
JLL took what should have been a joyful milestone and turned it into an experience filled with disappointment and distrust. Frankly, we expected better.

If you are a foreigner please note the following should you wish to rent a property from this company. They will happily take your money but there is no aftercare if problems arise once you’re in. My brother is suffering with a mouse in his flat for the last three weeks. He has sent evidence, photos, videos and tried all their suggestions to get rid of it but to no avail. He is deeply disturbed by its presence but is being threatened with no deposit return if he decides to leave instead of properly assisting him to get rid of the mouse.Hopefully they will offer a solution in response to this comment

I'm deeply disappointed with JLL. I rented a property at Riverlight 3 through them a year ago and vacated it in September this year. However, it has been three months since I moved out, and my security deposit has not been returned.
Despite numerous attempts to communicate, they have been evasive and uncooperative. Every time I manage to contact someone, they conveniently claim that the person I need to speak to is on vacation.The last time they promised to process the refund, they said they needed to confirm the amount with the landlord, and then they vanished once again without a response.
If they continue to withhold my deposit, I will not hesitate to take legal action.

Okay folks, if you're looking for the best of the best when it comes to letting agents, then you've got to chat with Poppy. Seriously, she's a total star! Usually, I find the whole renting process a bit like going to the dentist - necessary but often a pain. But with Poppy, it was more like catching up with an old friend who just happens to know everything about the rental market. She's got this super friendly vibe that just makes you feel at home right from the get-go. And the lady is a pro! She handles all the paperwork and tricky bits without breaking a sweat.

Upd: after leaving this review I was contacted by a new property manager - Andrey, who quickly and professionaly helped to resolve the issue. I've been told that my previous property manager- Levi is not working in JLL anymore.
They are not returning my deposit after 2 months and counting. Had multiple emails sent to the property manager , kept getting emails saying I have to wait and various excuses. Two months after I moved out, they are yet to provide the deductions list. Never recieved login detals for my deposit protection account, the scammiest letting agency I've ever had to deal with.

100% AVOID THEM. Unresponsive, Unprofessional and absolutely no care for their tenants. I would give them 0 stars but there is no option to do that.
I am currently a tenant at one of the properties managed by JLL and honestly, this is one of the worst experience I have had in my life. They are only helpful when you are initially renting a property from them after which they become extremely unresponsive.
2 years, I am waiting for them to fix issues around my flat. 2 years guys!. we had no heating in our property for 1.5 years and we sent them multiple emails which they didn't respond to. In the end we had to buy our own heaters and pay extra electricity bill because they never fixed the issue. If they did end up replying, they will not actually fix the problem and just buy time. I have dealt with 4 property managers over the last 2 years, all of which did nothing to actually fix the issues at the property. They just kept asking me to email them again and again.
I am 100% sure they will ask me to email them below after this negative review, HOWEVER, I HAVE ALREADY EMAILED THEM OVER 2 YEARS, DOZENS OF TIMES. They claim that property manager has left the job and new one is coming. Under normal circumstances, I would understand that, however, They have now said this to me 4 times with a new property manager every time. Most recently, they asked me to write all the issues again because the last property manager has left, yet the person asking me to write all the issues again was CC'd on each email from the beginning.
I would 100% avoid them specially if you are thinking of renting long term. There are much better agencies out there which are professional and helpful.
TO JLL: Do NOT ask me to email you the issues, you already have a list of each of them. Numbered and in bullet points. I don't know how much more specific I can be. 2 years I have been emailing you.

Most positive reviews here are from their staff, please be aware of that. JLL is the worst agency to deal with in the whole of the country. They steal, lie, cheat and make up things as they go, treating their tenants and landlords like criminals while they are the ones constantly breaking rules and regulations as per contract. Please have a look on other websites and the reviews there will be similar to mine here. Incompetency seems to be the number one requirement for landing a job at JLL. They have no shame falsifying documents in order to push their lies. Service is far below average and they are extremely rude. They lie to landlords about their tenants and then lie to the tenants about their landlords, creating a divide between the two with false information played to both sides in order to hide their mistakes.

JLL (in the capacity as a property manager) is resourceful and reliable. They have a good network of services providers who could attend to issue fairly quickly (for example, Ralph as the handyman).

I became a tenant with JLL in September 2016. My property manager is Mara and people involved in initial paperwork were Michael and Bruna. I am thoroughly impressed with quality of service that all of them have provided. The previous agencies that I've dealt with simply can't compete.
There were a few problems with the property that needed to be taken care of. I've had a number of landlords before and based on those experiences my hopes weren't very high. To my absolutely positive surprise, JLL were different.
Mara worked with me tirelessly to get everything resolved. She was very responsive, she liaised with the contractors and always kept me up to date on how repairs arrangements were progressing. Thanks to Mara's work, everything has been kept in working order during my tenancy since then and I couldn't be happier.

I have been a tenant with JLL since October 2016. Yusuf is our property manager and he has been nothing but friendly and helpful since our very first day in the property. We have had a couple of minor issues in the flat due to normal wear and tear and Yusuf has resolved these quickly and pain-free, there has been no need to follow up as he is proactive and gets the job done the first time round. I recently became a tenant through JLL and have been extremely impressed with the level of service provided by everyone we have communicated with throughout the whole process.
Specifically, on noticing the appearance of some water damage in the ensuite I contacted the property manager, Yusuf Ziya, who has been diligent and efficient in getting the situation resolved. On learning the appointment with the contractors wasn’t going to happen for a week he even contacted the contractors on my behalf to arrange an earlier time to get the problem looked at. Because of his involvement the appointment occurred the very next day.
Additionally, he has followed up on the issue several times, completely unprompted, to ensure I didn't need ongoing help. Needless to say, the level of care taken to ensure a speedy and straightforward solution has made a situation that could have become stressful a satisfying experience instead.
JLL has my thanks and my recommendation.
