I have just completed on a sale that was handled by Taylor Cole. I switched from another agent on Walmley and have been thrilled with them from the initial valuation by Jack Cole.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly so passionate about the property. I felt comfortable and confident to use them and Jack produced some nicer sales pictures, to truly reflect the property. Jacks onboarding, was at pace and he was able to assist me with been restricted to a smaller type board. They quickly produced a sale over the Xmas holiday, which I was not expecting due to time of year. I felt the communication with all of the office staff was really top class, that really stood out following my experience with another agent.
Thank you to Tracey for helping to communicate information to the buyer and for progressing. I can't thank Jack and the team enough for the help and support in selling our house. We had 3 other estate agents from Lichfield round to value our house and Jack not only gave the best advice on what our house was worth but also made us feel at ease. The house we wanted to buy was of high interest so they did everything they could for a quick turn around, within a couple of days it was on the market and by the next day we had a huge amount of interest leading to multiple viewings and 4 offers. We ended up selling it for +5k of asking price. They dealt with all negotiations and after sale processes. Not that I plan on selling my house again soon but if I did I know exactly who I will be calling.

EDITED RESPONSE: I didn't want to call out names previously but we had no communication with the landlord, and we only dealt with Anthony (who did not inform us Taylor Cole did not manage the property). Our feedback can be attributed solely to Anthony and Taylor Cole.
ORIGINAL: Please take note of the other 1 star reviews. This is the worst agency I have experienced in over 15 years of renting - their service is thoroughly disappointing and their professionalism severely lacking.

It's unacteptable how this agency treats people. Me and my fiance were one of the first to see the house for sale, we had to wait for the agency to gather enough people interested in the house to arrange the viewing. Instead, we got a call a week later, saying the house was sold, and no one contacted us during that week. Really ?! It's about buying a house, which is rather important to people, but this agency has treated us like garbage.

Amazing service up until we completed on a new build. We had no heating and informed to call a number on the welcome pack. We called that number and told he fitted the heating 2 years ago and nothing to do with him.
We called Taylor cole who abruptly told us to go to our solicitor as nothing to do with them or the builder. (Even though it comes with a 10 year warranty)
We moved into the house 2 weeks ago, have no heating with a 2 year old who suffers from asthma. We have now paid for our own engineer to come out as we aren’t willing to wait and risk having no heating for Christmas. Really poor service and they quickly forgot the customer as soon as contracts exchanged. We were told by friends to avoid Taylor Cole but sadly they were the estate agent who had listed the house we wanted to buy.
Be warned they are very friendly until something goes wrong or sale completes then they don’t want to know. I would suggest using a local family run estate agents like mark evans or Wilkins.

Selling my late mothers house was emotionally difficult enough but I have to say that Taylor Colle made the whole thing as easy and as pain free as they possible could.
Their understanding attitude and work ethic all the way from initial contact with Lauren, the of thoroughness of Jack carrying out the evaluation and photos and the professionalism of Laura in the office keeping us updated right through to the final sale was so impressive and sets the standard very high for how I believe estate agents should act.
I am not easily impressed certainly In a world where customer service is often over looked, however when carrying out probably the biggest transaction in a person's life Taylor Cole certainly bucked that trend.

Poor communication from start to finish. Our emails were ignored by the staff member dealing with our case and most of the time when I asked for a call back they failed to do so. It took 2 and half weeks until I finally spoke to someone, which happened to be the Jonathan Cole.
We were in a situation, which initially was not Taylor and Cole's fault however their poor communication and attitude completely put us off.
When I called to say we were pulling out of the property, following a discussion with Jonathan, I was told Jonathan Cole would call me as soon as he had finished to discuss it further. But again he failed to do so. As a company I found them to accept no accoutanabilty and incredibly rude.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are clueless. Mr Cole is the worst kind of person too. He lied about a load of different things. For one, we were renting a house and they told us it was being sold. Well, when I say TOLD us, we came back off our honeymoon to find a 'For Sale' sign up in the front garden. The house was then taken off the market & the house owners wanted us to continue renting it but Taylor Cole didn't tell us that, they were going to let us move out. We only found this out after contacting the owners - who weren't happy about it. Taylor Cole had people viewing our house whilst we were away on holiday, without our permission. And to top it off, Mr Cole told me he was 'older than me, smarter than me and wiser than me' when I called him out on the poor standards of his business. Anthony & Holly were always lovely, but I hope they have moved onto a decent company run by decent, honest people, as if they haven't, stay as far away from this company, as possible.
My father in law has just had an awful experience with this company too, but I'll let his review do the talking for him.

Right from the beginning of putting our offer in on our first house through to completion we have had no issues with Taylor Cole and in fact were very helpful in answering any questions we had. I would definitley recommend them!

gut renching .... strongly advise to not use this very two faced company they are totally immoral. we had the unfortunate experiance of this company on several occations. Do not sell you house or even try buy a house with Taylor cole !
