Taylor’s recently helped sell our home. They were fantastic from the beginning. Being a small team made contacting them very personable and it was like chatting to friends. They were very open and honest and were amazing at keeping us in the loop at all times. We had a challenging chain during the process but Gemma and Chris took so much of the stress away and I really felt I could trust and rely on them completely. They really had our backs throughout, from valuing our house, to completion. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Gemma was very helpful in "weeding out" non-buyer viewings and offered a fair valuation of the property when first going to market. I recently bought a property through Taylors. They were excellent.
They always answered the phone, or replied to emails, and their communication throughout was very very good.
We had a long chain that encountered a few issues at times and they were always on it straight away, trying to sort things out and being proactive. Even when most of the time the issue didn't involve themselves directly.

I had a great experience with Taylors. I had a number of the larger agencies come round my property and I felt like just another number to them and there was no personal touch- some didn't even get back to me. Taylors is a smaller agency but you feel massive benefits due to this. I dealt with both Gemma and Chris and can recommend them highly- always quick to respond and very friendly. The sale went like clockwork and there were no problems. I liked the fact that Taylors were realistic with sale prices and due to this, my house sold quickly and for a good price. No over promising and under delivering like other agencies did. I would highly recommend Taylors for pleasant, smooth and professional estate agency. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you for all your hard work and help.

From the first phone call I made to Taylors to the day our sale was completed, I felt confident having them as our estate agents. Throughout the process they gave us information and explained options to us so that we could make decisions. I mostly spoke to Gemma and I really appreciated her understanding, honesty and the time she spent going through things with me. Another big positive was that both Gemma and Chris kept up to date with our situation and our buyers unlike the first agent we put our house on the market with. They also arranged more viewings. I recently used Taylors to value and lost my house for sale. It was initially valued by Gemma whom was both realistic and honest about the house and market whilst also being respectful regarding decor and potential. Chris then took some excellent photos of the house proving that you do not need to pay for expensive photography packages with other estate agents etc. As soon as the house was listed both Gemma and Chris kept us updated with calls queries and viewings ensuring that any viewings were at a time convenient mainly in our favour. The package that they offer is really competitive but as a smaller company you feel that you are more than just a number to them and that was largely what attracted me to them rather than one of the bigger nationals, they are always up to date on market conditions and also helped to suggest other properties we may be interested in. We were successful in finding a potential buyer and throught the process both Gemma and Chris were excellent in updating us and offering to help , particularly when the buyer wanted some conditions met prior to offering something which Chris was really helpful in assisting with negotiations. Ultimately we decided for a host of reasons to take the house off the market and they were really understanding and supprtiveof our decision.i have no hesitation in recommending Taylors as an excellent estate agents they are more than agent s I found them to be more advisers but from a balanced perspective not purely out for a sale which is an excellent quality and has ensured that if I list again it will be with Taylors please give them a go you will not regret it

We sold our house recently with Taylors and it was easier than we could have ever expected - the time between our initial telephone enquiry to the floorplan, EPC, photos and listing online was a week and then the house sold within a day of being listed!
We also purchased a house sold through Taylors - Chris and Gemma did everything they could for both our sale and purchase to keep things moving. We would definitely recommend them.

Chris & Gemma are very professional, attentive and have great knowledge of the housing market. Great communication and updates and make the whole selling process a lot easier. Within 48hrs of making contact property was on the market and offer on the property within days after number of viewings. Could have had more viewings so great work from Taylors. Fees are reasonable and they are not "pushy" or over salesy which makes them a great local estate agent who provide that more personal service than you would get from a national estate agent. Definitely recommended.
