Never been so appalled by the rudeness of staff especially Nathan the “manager”, wouldn’t waste your time speaking to him he likes to hang up the phone on his customers, been reporting the same safety issue since September and still having to chase them, landlord decided to get someone private to sort it and they was extremely rude and messed me about, if they want to send a Sam out to fix things don’t let him, his work is awful, that’s when he’s not feeling too lazy to do it, I thought Lovelles was bad, would much rather use them to rent off now.

If I could leave a zero star review I would the house is rented and black mould in all the bedrooms came to sort only one room and even that job was done is such a poor standard, they always say create a job in the app to get repairs fixed still waiting since last year to have things sorted. AVOID!!!!
Staff are rude and management are even worse just hang up the phone

I have to say out of all the estate agents I have dealt with Reed Rains in Hull are by far the best. Karen Knight went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my buy to let property which had been left in a state by the previous tenants. Fast, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. Karen has also been extremely helpful with ongoing help I needed. I would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks again Karen
