The valuation was realistic and the costs were very reasonable especially considering the professional look and feel of the posting. The sale process was handled by Karen Knight. Karen was meticulous in her interactions with us, she made numerous helpful suggestions, she guided me through every aspect of the process, loading with the buyer to ensure a smooth sale. This company is a rip off for landlords, they charge for letting they charge for rents and dven charge for tenants leaving, over £5000 a year if tenant leaves,nanda the insurance they offer instead of a deposit, means nothing, any damage us just fair ware and tear they say, my advice is do not touch them either with a barge pole, and do not expect anyone in the office to be of any help

Never been so appalled by the rudeness of staff especially Nathan the “manager”, wouldn’t waste your time speaking to him he likes to hang up the phone on his customers, been reporting the same safety issue since September and still having to chase them, landlord decided to get someone private to sort it and they was extremely rude and messed me about, if they want to send a Sam out to fix things don’t let him, his work is awful, that’s when he’s not feeling too lazy to do it, I thought Lovelles was bad, would much rather use them to rent off now.

If I could leave a zero star review I would the house is rented and black mould in all the bedrooms came to sort only one room and even that job was done is such a poor standard, they always say create a job in the app to get repairs fixed still waiting since last year to have things sorted. AVOID!!!!

good morning today we had a very unpleasant and unpleasant situation because we had an appointment to extend our mortgage at one of the real estate agencies on holderness road in hull, the lady who invited us for the interview told us that she could not help us because we do not know the language English, even when we had an interpreter with us, they did not want to provide an interpreter either, we felt humiliated and aggrieved that we are of a different nationality. We were told that the fee we pay, i.e. 750 f, is on
further care when buying or selling. We feel deceived and humiliated under a racist account.

I must say that of a truth that the happiest moment of my looking for an Accomodation was when I met Adams Scarvaci of the Reeds Rains Estate Agent at Holderness Road, Hull.
I greatly admired the composed, patient and gentle ways with which he attended to me and put me through every steps.

Good morning, we were treated very racistly by the reds rain agency on holderness, because we wanted to extend the loan, we didn't get help because we don't speak English, we had an interpreter but they said that he couldn't explain it to us either, we feel cheated because 5 years ago it didn't bother the agency when we bought a flat that we don't speak english they cheated us because they charged us 750f for unlimited care.

The Hull office had no idea how to manage the chain. Our purchase took twice as long as we expected and throughout we were in an information vacuum. Reeds Rains did not know enough about what was happening further up the chain and didn't attempt to find out. In the end we went over their heads and spoke to the next agent along, who did not have to speak to us at all but was far more knowledgeable and communicative.

We were selling my late father-in-law's house and, since we live 200 miles away and have no close family in Hull, it was essential for us to find a good, reliable local Estate Agent. We did our research and Reeds Rains gave us the most confidence, so we chose them - and are very pleased that we did.
Steven Goforth prepared a really attractive write-up, and the video tour was also impressive. Our main contact - Natalie Williams - was excellent and professional throughout, keeping us informed of developments and reassuring us when things seemed to be going slightly off-course.
The only fly in the ointment was that Reeds Rains insisted on using the word "complimenting", rather than "complementing", in two parts of the description - "complimenting gardens" front and back and "complimenting work-surfaces and tiles" - and we just could not persuade them that, in fact, the customer was right on this occasion! But that is a very minor niggle, and we would not hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains.

My house is that damp I have slugs up my doors and living room, the timbers have gone in my kitchen and mud in drainage whenever it rains. The problems are endless. Inspected 4 times a year even though I pass with flying colours. I had to take annual leave from a very busy trauma ward at 2 days notice each time for theme to inspect the property. I also paid 3 lots of admin to update tenancy!!

I have been impressed from the start with my dealings with Reeds Rains, I had four companies out before deciding who to use and despite Reeds being the most expensive there was no contest. Steve Goforth was great, no hard sell and I believed they where the guys for the job. Steve said they would get us the best price and they have. Brilliant professionally taken photographs and a schedule of the house that made me want to buy it! 8 viewings in the first week and 3 offers. Steve said this could happen as he had a list of buyers waiting so went for an Offers over price which was the most sensible price given from the four companies we spoke to. I switched property management companies and moved to Reeds Rains. Nicola Wright and Lorna Fieldson are absolutely marvellous! Both are extremely professional, efficient and very approachable. As expected with any rental property, little tweaks here and there were needed at the property and Nicola and Lorna dealt with these issues very promptly and appropriately. Why didn’t I make the switch earlier?! Highly recommend their service! Thanks ladies!

We found the perfect little house to rent, luckily it was through Reeds Rains. To make things complicated I was in Australia, however, Reeds Rains, particularly Nicola and Lorna, made the whole process so easy and as less complicated as possible from the very get go. They were incredibly prompt, professional and friendly, they kept us up to date throughout and it took no time at all. It's a sigh of relief to not only find a suitable home that we were both drawn to but to then have the peace of mind of not being 'stuffed around' and the reassurance we would be dealing with a great company and helpful agents.
