Taylors were very good in not only arranging viewings for my house sale but also making sure the property was always marketed at the right level even including weekly Rightmove stats. I was constantly updated and never felt pressurised. Also, compared to other local estate agents, the resources they can bring to bear being part of the wider Contrywide network are immense and shouldn't be under estimated. They will not give up!

I sold a house through Taylors in St Ives. From start to finish they were helpful, professional and courteous. I have never had such good experience from an estate agent. The staff in the St Ives office are wonderful. They arranged numerous viewings and an offer of above the asking price was accepted within a week of my putting the property on the market. This went through to completion with very little problem.
The whole process was very smooth and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors estate agents.

The staff at st Ives office are really nice. We have had some ups and downs with selling home due to sales falling through. Would have liked a little bit more updating occassionally but it must be difficult to keep all clients constantly updated especially when staffing level are a problem. The courtesy and friendlinesscof staff are to be applauded. Thank you for all your hard work
