My Girlfriend had an awful experience with this Estate Agent. Long story short, overbearing landlord whom couldn't come to terms with letting the former family home out. Spent her evenings driving around the house taking pictures and complaining to agent about everything. Crazy thing agent actually hassled tenant rather than pushing back. Great house, great location, but creepy landlord and agency. After 9 months enough was enough, now happily renting down the road from a more professional agent.

I have been thinking how to write a constructive review, rather than moan about the problems i have had with sell new. I would advise anyone buying a property through SellNew to check every detail, twice! Having been informed about car parking spaces that were not mine, areas of grass that were not included, being informed decisions were made about the builders without my authorisation and repeated conversations saying the same things to the sales person, it was easier to go straight to the builder which was sad given their speciality is to sell the property. If your a buyer and live close by then at least you can walk in to discuss rather than emails and frustrating phone calls. Im sure I'm a minority but when its bad.... its really bad. good luck to one and all.
Extremely helpful, always prepared to go the extra mile espesialy when dealing with prices and dealing with other agents and dealing with queries, the solicitors where very helpful . I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

I'm afraid my experience with Sharman Quinney (SQ) was not a good one. Their service does not warrant the high price tag. SQ would take several days to answer my emails or ignore them. On speaking to SQ (when I was lucky to get hold of my agent), it only prompted them to chase things up. They were never up to date with things. I completely agree with the other comments that once they get you, the attitude of their staff change, and they become indifferent.
The sellers were using SQ's appointed Solicitors and luckily, we decided to use the alternative once. The solicitors were taking shocking weeks to respond to each other and then sitting on things for weeks before progressing them. SQ solicitor’s reports contained numerous errors including errors in our names. They even managed to make new errors while correcting those which we pointed out.
Really helpful service from start to finish. Great team, knowledgeable about the area, products that met our needs when moving home. Very flexible in terms of meeting our requirements. Proactively aided in closing a particularly challenging exchange process.
Would very much recommend the team to anyone.

Had my house for 6 months to sell and were totally inadequate with a stream of mishaps, including putting up a sold sign during my absence when it was never even sold. I believe they were going through an office changeover of management and staff at the time and just never had any feedback even when i called they were hard pushed to return my call. Would never recommend using them at all.
So pleased I chose Harvey Robinson, especially as I live 150 miles away from the property and can't readily deal with things. Thank you so much for holding this chain in place, completion today, hoorah!!!!
Avoid at all costs...Grant will happily lie through his teeth to save loosing his commision.
We accepted an offer in May and has taken until middle of November to complete,thats with us having to phone for updates as never kept informed.
Parasites who need to learn how to be honest...typical 1980"s estate agents...Avoid.

Unless ofcourse youve based your comments on assumptions and added your own tupperance worth into the mix.
As for refusing to move...keys were issused to buyers at 10am...keys issued to us two hours later and was 90% moved out when buyers arrived,which you was advised before hand would be the case (property couldnt be empty until earliest 1-2pm.
Id suggest recording of all your calls as i do,saves any doubt on who said what.!!
