People who work in the letting department are unorganized and have a lack of communication. By far the worst experience I have had moving to this country.

Luis Tindale, if you have no time to reply to your emails, you shouldn't be even trying to go to work. Leave space for someone more responsible than you are.
I wanted to check and give an offer, waiting for your response and only to find out few days later that the property has gone off the market.

Got lots of viewings very quickly and sold at full asking price within 10 days. They were happy to do viewings for me and had no problems. The sale (due to buyers bad solictors) took 5 months but Mainal worked like crazy and chased all day everyday. Thank you Mainal. I dont think the sale would have been done now without your constant perseverance.

Fantastic!!! During the sale and purchase of my new home, I met a lot of estate agents and I have to say that with many of them it was obvious that their commission came before my needs. Then I met James from Taylors in Stanground. He listened to my needs and requirements and worked tirelessly to find the right home that ticked all the boxes. We now have our dream home all thanks to Taylors!! All of the staff were experts in their field and really knew their stuff. Nothing was too much trouble and they really put the customer first. Excellent, professional and friendly service in particular from Dan who couldn't have been kinder when we viewed properties with him. His local knowledge was particularly useful as we are newish to Peterborough. I would recommend this Estate Agent to potential purchasers.

I have recently used the services of Taylors to sell my flat in Peterborough.
My contact/guide was Mainul Islam who was extremely professional from the off.
There were various problems with the process from external sources, however I had no worries as nothing was too much trouble for Mainul and what could have been a very stressful experience for me was overcome by his expertise.
I would have no qualms in recommending Taylors to anyone selling or buying a property.
