At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed.
We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen.
We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences.
Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily.
To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it.
Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

Great experience buying our very own home with Taylors. They offered the full package!
Thomas helped us secure a mortgage and guided us through our options, insurance policies and general advice. He was so professional, friendly and even when we rushed him, he took it in his stride and put our needs first!!
Kelly and Lincoln assisted with finding a property and helped us along the way when we needed guidance on concerns we had with the property and helped to get that resolved.
Would definitely recommend!

I first visited Taylor’s Bletchley a few months ago now and I was immediately greeted by the wonderful Gareth Hammond, he was immediately welcoming and explained everything i needed regarding my query.
Once I had decided on my purchase I was greeted by the extremely knowledgeable and patient Nick Carter. Nick was wonderful, he answered every single question I had and once we dealt with the initial mortgage questions he continued to support me past getting me a mortgage and all the way through to exchange.
Both Gareth and Nick are a credit to Countrywide and Taylor’s Bletchley and I cannot thank them enough for the help they have given me throughout this purchase. I highly recommend.
