Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. I had a great experience entering into a rental agreement with The Home Cloud. From initial viewing, through to the start of my tenancy, all contact was professional and efficient. The property assistant Gemma, was prompt in response to all my enquiries and kept me informed ahead of time as to how the process was progressing, which made me feel at ease. In comparison to a couple of other estate agents I've had enquiries with in the area, The Home Cloud were far superior and I would happily rent with them again.... Read more

Recently rented a flat from Gemma Froude. She was very helpful and responsive and sorted everything very promptly and kept me updated by text or email every step of the way. The only negative is that I was advised that the flat would be professionally cleaned before I moved in, which it didn’t appear to have been (floor very dusty, furniture not clean etc) though I’ll still give 5 stars as I imagine that’s more the fault of an outside cleaning company than the estate agency itself....
