Ian and his team have been excellent, not just in the completion/exchange but in the viewings period as well.
Right from the very start, Ian made an effort to understand our requirements and restrictions and showed us properties accordingly. A testament to this is that the house we ended up buying was pointed out by him as perfect for us before it even was available to see on Rightmove, and he was correct!
Following that, Ian has been very supportive regarding any questions throughout the exchange process, and has been an excellent intermediary between us and the sellers.

We instructed Ian to market our property after meeting him during our son’s flat buying process. We appreciated Ian’s no nonsense approach and opinions and felt that he was openly honest offering comprehensive information. He was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. After a lengthy meeting and survey of our property Ian was eager to market our house and happy to discuss a suitable price. He was keen to get viewers through the door so advised against the highest price recommending instead “offers over” to encourage negotiations. Not sure whether we could have achieved a better sale price but what we do know is our property was marketed beautifully with detailed information and professional photos which showed it at its best. We were inundated with offers and sold within a few days. Ian was thorough in his background searches of potential buyers’ positions and helpful in advising us which buyer was best suited for us to reach a fast, complication free conveyance to help achieve our ultimate goal. Having been disheartened by local Estate Agents telling me that I would not get the sort of price I was looking for my property or infact sell in the timescales I needed to, Ian was introduced by a friend who had sold and bought through Tinsley &Co.
When meeting Ian on a Sunday afternoon, for the first time, Ian said he loves selling houses and it's what he does best and this was certainly evident with mine. Not only did he sell my house he received multiply offers after just the first block viewings and we accepted an offer that was in excess of the asking price!
Ian is fantastic, professional, efficient and what sets Ian apart is that he is happy to meet up or do viewings that are not just convenient for him but that are suitable for his clients. He will go the extra mile for both the buyer and seller and always be at the end of a phone should you need him.
I was so impressed with Ian and the after sale care recieved from Janet, I listed another property with Tinsley &Co which was dealt with equally great service and was sold both smoothly and efficiently. Just Brilliant!

Being a former estate agent I was prepared for a long and arduous process with minimal communication. This was not the case with Tinsley & Co. The offer process was managed in a consultative and professional manor which continued through the legal process to exchange and completion. Their designated 'sales progressor' was a real asset and was always available to provide an update on where the transaction was and what was outstanding.
