After years of dealing with incompetent estate agents (yes, even the “famous” ones) that only wasted my time and money, I had developed a hate towards the category.

Amongst all the so-called “estate agents” who - particularly in London - deserve all the scorn and dislike sent their way, you sometimes are lucky and stumble across an oasis of competence. Oliver Jennings took the time to REALLY listen and discover what I needed and then worked hard to find me a property that became a home. As a landlord and someone who works from home, I am fussy about where I live and on customer service, but I was impressed. Thank you.

Since the very first day that we placed the rental of our premises with Tuckerman we have been fortunate to have had the full attention of Oliver Jennings as our main point of contact.
Over a period of several months Oliver has worked across a wide range of activities, and hours, on our behalf. Throughout this time he has been courteous, and prompt in keeping us informed of all/any offers . He has also been very helpful in advising us on our final choice of tenant.
In summary, we would not have progressed to achieving our current Let without his diligent and conscientious attention to detail. Based on my experience with Oliver's determination to go the extra mile, I thoroughly recommend Tuckerman's services.

I would highly recommend the services of Tuckerman Residential. The property which the agency successfully sold went on the market in the midst of the pandemic, and just as we thought that there may be some stability with the lifting of restrictions, then came the invasion of Ukraine. The diligence and patience of Edward Osborne and his associates throughout all this difficult time ensured the completion of the transaction.
