Do not rent trough this agency!!!
Extremely unprofessional. I had a viewing booked for today at 11:00. Yesterday I called them to confirm the viewing as this was booked almost two weeks ago. They didn’t response therefore I left a message asking to let me know whether the viewing was confirmed or not. After a couple of hours they called me saying that they were calling to confirm whether I was going to attend the viewing or not. I confirmed my attendance and after that she asked me to move the viewing at 10:45 and I gave my availability. Then she asked me to move it at 10:30 and although it wasn’t ideal for me I gave my availability again. She also asked information about my occupation, salary etc. again although I already provided this a couple of times. She kept asking if I was sure the place was suitable for and if I would attend the viewing with no reason to do so and while was her who changed the viewing time two times. She told me she would send me a message when she was about to start to come to confirm the appointment. (?!?!?!) I asked her to let me know at least 2 hours before the viewing time if she wouldn’t be able to come, as I live 1 hour and 30 minutes away from there. She assure me that she would come and that text message was only a further information she would give me. I’m out the property it’s 10:30 and she didn’t arrive yet and she didn’t send me that text message yet. I call her and she say she would come in 10/15 minutes. It’s now 10:50 and she is not there. I call her 2 times and send her a text message but she doesn’t respond. In the meantime I met a man who was there for the 10:30 viewing too and had a really similar situation. He called her too but she again doesn’t respond. 11:00 of clock past and she never showed up. When I’m leaving another person called me saying that she had been stuck in the traffic due to a car accident, which is possible but the whole context does not suggest so obviously!!!

Awful. Liars and thieves who don't care about their tenants. Avoid at all costs.
They might have been a good letting agency once but are currently experiencing money problems and now the houses they let out to rent are poorly looked after, (all positive reviews were posted a while ago).
The whole of the house (3 flats) we lived in suffered from extensive black mould and damp problems.
When we were first let the property there were pubes on the toilet seat and flies in the fridge. Twosix homes just provided us with mould spray and did not take any of our problems seriously. When we gave them our moving out date they showed families with babies and children around the property knowing full well of the problem in the flat. Not only this, but they added an extra 400 pounds to the letting price after we renovated the garden for them. These people are particularly rude and disrespectful. Lale especially. Don't sign a contract with this agency.

5 stars is not enough. Excellent agency, helpful & polite staff . They even gave me a little present when i picked up the keys , that never happend on any other agency. i'm very grateful to Lidia for all the help and for her kindness.

From start to finish amazing service, Lale helped us find a flat really quickly. We even got welcome package which included things I loved & useful vouchers to help us get settled in. They are very very helpful any issues you have they will reply with great customer service. Defo recommend this estate agents 10/10!!

After having tried different "agents" and cash buyers, Daniel came through for us when we were tired of even selling our house! We had several "professionals" who promised to sell our house "fast" but never delivered only to let us down last minute with different excuses or trying to reduce the price after all negotiations. From the get go, Daniel said confidently that he'd get a buyer within 4 weeks. And he did. Bravo Daniel. Communication is important and he was excellent with updates all through the process. I'd use your services again and will definitely recommend you anytime.
