Firsty, the pictures of the properties they use to advertise were completely accurate representations of the actual state of the flats, which is typically not the case. Toby and co are very diligent, proactive,available and give honest upfront advice even when it isn’t necessarily what the sellers want to hear. They take time to understand and market the property well. They charge broadly in line with the going rate for estate agents.
