These are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They make little effort and their professionalism is awful. They put no effort in actually selling and instead constantly put pressure on you to lower the price. Do you self a favour an d use Taylors or connells who are way more professional. Wasted 6 months with these guys.

I can’t sing the praises enough of Andrew and the team at the Leighton Buzzard branch of Urban & Rural.
Today I had to make the awful and dreaded decision of pulling out of my sale & purchase due to the massive hike in interest rates and cost of living having a impact on the affordability of the property purchase.
Andrew was incredible, dealing with the news sympathetically and fully understanding the reasoning behind my decision. What potentially could have been a very awkward conversation ended up being one that made me feel better and confirmed that I had indeed picked the right estate agent.
When this crazy world calms down, I know without question that I will be back in touch with them - that will save me time getting three valuations!

We signed with Urban & Rural for the sale of our house in Wing, and we want to share a top review of them. We have moved a lot between us, and have had some good and some really bad experiences with previous agents.
Urban & Rural provided an excellent service.
They tailored the service to our needs, for instance I have no interest in looking through the marketing data, and was happy with the service. They respected this and kept that kind of communication to a minimum.
With many estate agents you have to wait for a call back from the person you are aligned with. This can be time consuming, and frustrating.
Urban & Rural use a model where communication is spot on. They created a Whatsapp Group, which did two great things. It meant that you weren't just aligned with one member of the team. They all knew who you were and could see the sale journey, and we got to know them all. It also meant that someone always answered us really promptly. Where we both have busy lives it was perfect. At times I was working away from home and my partner and I even added comments back and forth to each other within that chat to allow the Team to move on actions immediately. It made the whole process much more efficient and limited interruptions for us during our working day.
We actually had a problem where our first purchase fell through, and the Team at U&R did everything they could to stop that side failing by reaching out to the other agent. Selling property can be really stressful and having that proactive support from your agent is really essential.
To the whole Team at Leighton Buzzard - thank you so much once again for everything you did and how hard you worked for us. You are a great example of how house selling should be managed.

Andrew has been extremely helpful in providing a probate valuation on our late relative's house, and putting us in touch with others to help with land valuation, solicitors, etc. He was open and honest and very professional. Although we are not ready to proceed with a sale at present we would have no hesitation in using Urban and Rural when the time is right.

Absolute professionals. They took a friendly but also highly motivated approach to selling my property. Constant updates and analytics were provided as well as as a WhatsApp group which made communicating and booking viewings a breeze. A weekly call to discuss progress were provided.
The property was extremely well represented in its online advertisement with great pictures, an accurate floorplan and a detailed narrative. During the selling process they have were incredibly helpful in pushing the sale along and with chasing progress along its various stages. The entire Urban and Rural team worked tirelessly to secure a buyer and provide assistance during selling.

All the team at Urban and Rural in Leighton Buzzard were professional, pleasant and friendly from start to finish!
They were contactable very easily and transparent with fees and processes.
The team took fantastic pictures and made a brochure very quickly- our house was on the market within hours! And we got an offer in approx a month!
Although our circumstances changed and we were unable to go ahead with the sale the team were more than pleasant and able to give us advice about next steps and contacted our buyer in a professional manner. They were more than understanding and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
I have told many people that I couldn’t fault them and that’s true!
They provided statistics and figures of viewings online and sales trends and they rang prospective buyers to arrange viewings or speak to them about our house, they were active estate agents who have worked very hard.
