We used Urban and Rural to sell my late Mum and Dads house. Everything went to plan and once a buyer had been found the sale went through in less than 3 months.

We recently purchased a new build property through a part exchange process and Urban and Rural were appointed as estate agents by the housing developer.
We were very impressed with them from the outset with their professional approach with marketing, and their communication with us using WhatsApp was excellent. They were proactive in promoting our house, and they were polite and courteous with each visit therefore we would highly recommend Urban and Rural.

These are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They make little effort and their professionalism is awful. They put no effort in actually selling and instead constantly put pressure on you to lower the price. Do you self a favour an d use Taylors or connells who are way more professional. Wasted 6 months with these guys.
