So far I am very pleased with my agent. They are all very polite and informative. They have made my sale as stress free as possible so far and have taken my wishes into consideration. I was very pleased with their knowledge and advice and would definitely recommend them. My sale is not yet complete but I am sure everything will be completed soon

Urban & Rural sold us our home back in 2017 so we chose them to sell it for us this year too. We needed to sell quickly to secure the property we were interested and they delivered, getting the house online and sold within the space of two weeks. The team were really helpful with enquiries throughout the process and helped to manage expectations and keep things moving. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

The team was helpful, knowledgeable and highly responsive from the start, going out of their way to facilitate our sale. In particular, Millie, our sales progressor really saved the day when complications arose in the chain below us. Simply superb!

U&R have been great throughout the whole process, especially Millie, the sales progressor. She kept in contact with ourselves, vendors and solicitors regularly which kept us up to date regularly. Having bought our house originally through Urban & Rural, it seems natural to invite them to value our house when it came to selling it. We found David to be extremely knowledgeable and professional and appreciated the time he took to explain how the valuation of our house was determined. Having decided to proceed, we were on the market very quickly and our house then sold in little over a week - demonstrating the price was spot on. We have have great communication with Peter through the offer stages and I know from having bought the house through him originally that our buyers will be similarly well treated. Whilst we have a long way to go with our legal process to complete the sale, we couldn’t be happier with the process and service received to date.
