Had a excellent experience with Lesley from Urban & Rural.<br><br>When I went to view the property, she was very welcoming, honest and had great communication skills. As a first-time buyer, I felt safe knowing this was the right choice. As the sale progressed, the conveyancing process took longer than expected and slightly stressful. Lesley was very consistent with communication, checked in regularly and kept me in the loop, letting me know what needed to be done to get to the finish line. We got there in the end! I'm so grateful and would highly recommend :)

Thanks to Jessica Read in the Dunstable branch for being the calm one in my experience of purchasing my forever home. I found her to be Professional, Polite, and Reassuring throughout the process when I felt things were going scarily not in my favour.

Molly Erridge was dealing with our purchase across a 5 month period and throughout she was extremely helpful.<br>Molly would have regular updates for us chasing solicitors weekly to keep us in the loop as well as giving us advice on how to proceed with different situations.<br>She went above and beyond, showing true care for our purchase and we appreciated that a lot!<br>Thank you Molly, Great Estate Agent!

From start to finish a good experience. The valuer was professional, experienced and friendly. Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

We could not have wished for a better estate agent. They knew their market so well. Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.
