Urban and Rural sold my home for me, the whole process was efficient and smooth.
Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected.
All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient.
I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly.

The staff were always available, very professional, happy to go into detail to ensure we knew what was happening and what needed to be done.
We bought our property through Urban and Rural 10 years ago, and were happy to sell it through them.

These are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They make little effort and their professionalism is awful. They put no effort in actually selling and instead constantly put pressure on you to lower the price. Do you self a favour an d use Taylors or connells who are way more professional. Wasted 6 months with these guys.
